Based On Abnormal Lipid Metabolism,Dan Xi Zhi Shi Tan Decoction Combined With Daying-35 Clinical Efficacy In The Treatment Of Sputum Hygrotic Block Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective:In this study,from the perspective of "sputum and fat reduction",it is proposed to use Dan Xi Zhi Shi Tan Decoction combined with Daying-35 to adjust the lipid metabolism disorder and sex hormone level status of sputum wet block polycystic ovary syndrome,clarify the mechanism of action of Dan Xi Zhi Shi Tan Decoction combined with Daying-35 on PCOS patients,and provide a theoretical basis for the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine in the treatment of PCOS syndrome.Methods:The 90 patients who fulfilled the requirements were split into 45 cases in the control group(Daying-35 group)as well as 45 cases in the experimental group(Dan Xi Zhi Shi Tan Decoction combined with Daying-35 group),according to the principle of random grouping.One month is equal to one cycle,and both groups sought medical attention for 3 months as a course of treatment.Age,BMI,and menstrual status scores of the two groups were compared prior to therapy.After treatment,ratings for BMI,menstrual status,AMH,serum sex hormone levels(LH,FSH,LH/FSH,T,P,PRL,E2),TCM syndrome,blood lipid levels,anxiety,depression,and menstrual conditions after withdrawal were compared between the two groups.Lastly,the data were examined and the variations between the two groups were compared using SPSS25.0 spss tool.Results:(1)Prior to treatment: A comparison revealed no significant differences between the two groups in terms of age,BMI,or menstruation ratings(P>0.05);(2)Following treatment,the BMI of the control group increased(P<0.05);BMI decreased in the treatment group(P<0.01);The treatment group’s BMI was substantially lower than the control group’s(P<0.01);(3)Following treatment,the AMH of patients in the control group and the treatment group decreased(P<0.01),and the treatment group’s AMH score was much lower than the control group’s(P<0.05);(4)Following treatment,the menstrual score of the control group and the treatment group was reduced(P<0.01),and the treatment group’s menstruation score was extensively lower than the control group’s.(P<0.01);(5)Following treatment,the medical syndrome score of the control group and the treatment group decreased(P<0.01),and the treatment group’s medical syndrome score was heavily lower than the control group’s.(P<0.01).;(6)Following treatment,levels of LH,LH/FSH,and T decreased in both groups(P 0.01),with the treatment group’s levels being considerably lower than those of the control group(P<0.01);there was no change in FSH and E2 levels(P>0.05)and FSH levels(P>0.01)between the two groups;P and PRL levels in both groups did not change(P>0.05),and P levels had risen in the treatment group compared to the control group.(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in PRL between the two groups(P> 0.05);(7)Following treatment,the TC level of the control group increased(P<0.01)and the TC level of the treatment group decreased(P<0.01);the TG level of the control group did not change before and after treatment(P>0.05),and the TG level of the treatment group decreased(P<0.01);the HDL-L level in the control group increased but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05),and the HDL-L level in the treatment group increased(P<0.01);the LDL-L level in the control group decreased,but the difference was not statistically significant(P> 0.05),LDL-L level decreased in the treatment group(P<0.01);There were significant differences in TC,TG,HDL-L and LDL-L levels between the two groups(P<0.01);(8)Following treatment,the anxiety and depression of the two groups were significantly improved compared with before treatment(P<0.01);The comparison of anxiety and depression between the two groups was significantly improved(P<0.01);(9)Following treatment,the total effective rate of clinical efficacy in the control group was59.09%,and the effective rate of the treatment group was 86.36%,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01);(10)The two groups of patients were followed up by telephone in 1 month after the three-month menstrual cycle,inquired about the menstrual conditions of the month,and recorded and analyzed,among which 37 patients in the treatment group had menstruation on time,and the remaining 7 had abnormal menstruation.In the control group,25 people had menstruation on time,while the remaining 19 had abnormal menstruation,and the menstrual recovery was different between the two groups(P<0.01).Conclusions:1.It was clarified that the dyslipidemia of patients with sputum hygroblock PCOS was related to hyperandrogens in the body,and regulating the state of dyslipidemia in patients could effectively reduce hyperandrogen levels;2.Dan Xi Zhi Shi Tan Decoction combined with Dayn-35 can reduce serum TC,TG,LDL-L,LH,LH/FSH,T,BMI and AMH levels in PCOS patients,and elevate HDL-L levels,thereby promoting follicle development and maturation and regulating ovarian function.At the same time,it corrects blood lipid disorders,reduces weight,reduces the incidence of PCOS obesity patients,and prevents abnormal lipid metabolism in PCOS patients.
