Clinical Observation Of Patients Who Are In The Third And Fourth Stages Of Chronic Kidney Disease With Qi Deficiecy And Blood Stasis Syndrome By Danggui Buxue Decoction

Objective:To compare the changes of related indexes that patients are in the third and fourth stages of chronic kidney disease with qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome by Danggui Buxue decoction,in order to evaluate the clinical effectiveness and provide efficient evidence for the treatment of chronic kidney disease with the traditional chinese medicine.Methods:Selecting 76 patients who conformed to inclusion criteria and seen a doctor in the outpatient department and inpatient department of the Affiliated Hospital of Gansu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January to December of 2022,then divided them into two groups in equal proportion,one was treatment group,the other was control group.The control group was given basic western medicine treatment,while the treatment group was given western medicine treatment and Danggui Buxue decoction.According to the above requirements,collecting blood and urine samples for testing and recording.After 8weeks,to analyse the changes of related indexes,including 24h-UTP、Scr、BUN、UA、Cys-C、e GFR、FIB、D-Dimer、TCM syndrome score and TCM main disease score by SPSS25.0 and make an objective evaluationits.Results:(1)Comparison of clinical total effective rate:After treatment,the total effective rate of two groups was 86.8% and 71.1%,Both groups had the effect,but the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of the TCM syndroms:After treatment,the total effective rate of TCM syndroms of two groups was 89.5% and 65.6%,we can see them have a good result,but the treatment group was better than the control group significantlly(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of the 24h-UTP:After treatment,24h-UTP of the two groups were decreased,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01).(4)Comparison of renal function indexes:After treatment,the indexes(Scr、BUN、UA、e GFR)of the two groups were decreased,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Cys-C of the two groups were decreased,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01).(5)Comparison of coagulation related indicators:After treatment,FIB and D-Dimer of the two groups were decreased,and the treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.01).(6)Safety analysis:No significant abnormalities were found during treatment in two groups,and no adverse reactions occurred.Conclusions:It has a definite effect that using Danggui Buxue decoction to treat the patients who are in the third and fourth stages of chronic kidney disease,which can relieve the clinical symptoms of patients effectively,improve the quality of life of patients,protect the residual renal function,improve the hypercoagulable state of blood,and delay the progression of the disease.Adverse reactions were found during the treatment,and it is worth popularizing and applying.
