| Objective: Through the Comparison research,the Wu Qi Chaoyuan Needle Method combined with Yangchi acupuncture Zhi Shen to rule the Ren and Du,and the Wu Qi Chaoyuan Needle Method combined with Yangchi acupuncture conventional acupuncture,objectively evaluate the clinical treatment of the Wuqi Chaoyuan Needle Method in combination with the Yangchi acupuncture acupuncture and thorns to treat the spleen and kidney deficiency,tinnitus and deafness,and accumulate clinical experience for the research of the Yangchi acupuncture needle thorns.Method: Using a randomized number grouping method,85 cases of tinnitus and deafness patients were divided into an therapy group and a control group.On the basis of the Wuqi Chaoyuan acupuncture method,the observation group was treated with Yangchi point for Zhi Shen,while the control group was treated with routine acupuncture at Yangchi point.Both groups of Patients were treated once a day,7 times as a course of treatment,a total of 3courses of treatment,with an interval of 3 days between each course of treatment.Compare the severity of the tinnitus before and after the treatment of the two groups of patients with the severity of the tinnitus and the schedule of the hearing threshold,and analyze the clinical efficacy of Yangchi acupoints to treat tinnitus and deafness in the treatment of tinnitus and deafness in the conventional needle.Results:1.Tinnitus treatment:(1)Total efficiency comparisonIn the Yangchi acupuncture treatment group,7 cases were cured,21 cases were effective,11 cases were effective and 4 cases were ineffective.The total effective rate was 90.7% and the curative effect index was 50.7%.In the Yangchi point conventional acupuncture group,2cases were cured,13 cases were effective,22 cases were effective,5 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate was 88.1%,the curative effect index was 33.2%.There was no significant difference in the total effective rate between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of apparent efficiencyThe healing rate of Yangchi point acupuncture Zhi Shen group was 65.1%,and that of Yangchi point conventional acupuncture group was 35.7%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of TSIS scoresAfter treatment,the severity score of tinnitus in 2 groups was significantly decreased compared with that before treatment(P<0.01).And the improvement of tinnitus severity score in Yangchi point acupuncture treatment group was better than that in Yangchi point conventional acupuncture group(P<0.05).2.Hearing treatment:(1)Total efficiency comparisonIn the Yangchi acupuncture Zhi Shen group,17 ears were cured,7 ears were effective,13 ears were effective,and 2 ears were ineffective.The total effective rate was 94.7%,and the curative effect index was 43.4%.In the Yangchi point routine acupuncture group,11 ears were cured,0 ears were effective,17 ears were effective,13 ears were ineffective,the total effective rate was 68.3%,and the curative effect index was 31.1%.The total effective rate of the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).(2)Comparison of apparent efficiencyThe healing rate of Yangchi point acupuncture at Zhishen group was 63.2%,and that of Yangchi point conventional acupuncture group was 26.8%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).(3)Comparison of mean hearing thresholdAfter treatment,the mean threshold of hearing decreased significantly in both groups compared with before treatment(P<0.01).After treatment,Yangchi point acupuncture treatment Zhishen group was better than Yangchi point conventional acupuncture group in the improvement of average hearing threshold(P<0.05).Conclusion:Both the treatment group and the control group can achieve clinical efficacy in the treatment of tinnitus and deafness with deficiency of spleen and kidney,but the healing efficiency of Yangchi point acupuncture for Shenshen group is significantly better than that of Yangchi point acupuncture group,which can improve the severity of tinnitus and hearing status to a higher degree. |
