| Objectives:By observing the clinical effects of Chai Hu plus Dragon Bone and Oyster Soup in the treatment of patients with liver-depression and damp-heat type of chronic prostatitis,we provide a basis for its clinical application. Methods:The trial protocol was a clinically controlled study in which patients who met the criteria and were included in the trial were divided into treatment and control groups of 40 patients each.In the treatment group,Chai Hu plus Long Bone Oyster Soup was administered orally for 4 weeks;in the control group, tamsulosin hydrochloride extended-release capsules were administered orally at a dose of 0.2mg once a day for 4 weeks. The clinical efficacy of Chai Hu plus Dragon Bone Oyster Soup in the treatment of chronic prostatitis was observed by recording the NIH-CPSI,the TCM evidence score, the Hamilton Dpression Scale(HAMD),the Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),the number of lecithin vesicles contained in the prostate fluid, the number of white blood cells, and the adverse reactions that occurred during the trial before and after treatment.Results:1.The NIH-CPSI score,TCM evidence score,HAMD scale score,HAMA scale score, the number of leukocytes contained in prostate fluid and the number of lecithin vesicles in the prostate fluid were statistically different(P < 0.05)in the treatment and control groups before and after relative comparison.2.The NIH-CPSI score,TCM syndrome score,HAMD scale score,HAMA scale score and the number of leukocytes contained in the prostate fluid were significantly more effective in the treatment group than in the control group after treatment(P< 0.05).There was no statistical difference in the number of leukocytes between the two groups after treatment(P >0.05),but there were statistical differences in the HAMD scale score,HAMA scale score, the number of leukocytes contained in the prostate fluid and the number of lecithin vesicles before and after treatment(P < 0.05).The NIH-CPSI score,TCM evidence score,HAMD scale score,HAMA scale score and the number of lecithin vesicles contained in the prostate fluid of the two groups were compared at the end of the treatment, and the results were significantly better in the treatment group than in the control group(P < 0.05).When comparing the change in the number of leukocytes, the difference was not statistically significant after treatment(P > 0.05).4.The total clinical efficacy of the treatment group was 92.5%,which was significantly higher than the total clinical efficacy of the control group of 77.5%(P < 0.05),and the difference was statistically significant. Conclusions:Both Chai Hu plus Oyster Soup and Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Capsules are clinically effective in treating chronic prostatitis of the liver-depressed damp-heat type, and Chai Hu plus Oyster Soup is more effective than oral Tamsulosin Hydrochloride Capsules. |
