| Objective: The purpose of this study is to provide a theoretical basis for the clinical application and promotion of this prescription through clinical Empirical research of the clinical efficacy of self-made Changjing Relieving Recipe in the treatment of children’s functional abdominal pain with Mesentery Lymphadenopathy of spleen stomach deficiency cold type. Methods: 80 cases of children who went to the pediatric clinic of Ningxia Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Research Institute of Traditional Chinese Medicine from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into a treatment group of 40 cases(oral self-made formula for relieving intestinal spasm)and a control group of 40 cases(oral Bacillus subtilis bifidobacteria).Seven days were a course of treatment, and two courses of treatment were conducted continuously Follow up the recurrence rate and occurrence of adverse events during the treatment process one month after the cessation of treatment, objectively evaluate the difference in efficacy between the treatment group and the control group.result:1.Comparison of severity of illness,TCM syndrome scores, and auxiliary examination indicators before treatment: There was no statistical difference(P>0.05)in the severity grading of illness,TCM syndrome scores, and auxiliary examination indicators between the two groups of children before treatment, indicating comparability.2.Overall efficacy evaluation: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 94.74%;The total effective rate of the control group was 73.68%,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).3.Comparison of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores within the treatment group after treatment: There were statistical differences(P<0.05)in the total syndrome scores, main symptom scores, and secondary symptom scores between the treatment group and the control group before and after treatment. The scores of the two groups decreased after treatment compared to before treatment. After treatment, the scores of each symptom in the treatment group decreased compared to before treatment, and there was a significant difference(P<0.05).The control group showed significant differences in complexion, mental fatigue, decreased diet, postprandial bloating, and loose stools compared to before treatment(P<0.05);In terms of hand and foot cooling, there was no significant difference between before and after treatment(P>0.05).4.Comparison of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome scores between groups after treatment: There were statistical differences(P<0.05)in the total syndrome scores, main symptom scores, and sub symptom scores between the treatment group and the control group after treatment, and the scores in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group. There was no significant difference in the scores of the two groups of symptoms in terms of loose stools(P>0.05),while there was a significant difference in the remaining symptoms(P<0.05).5.Comparison of lymph node size: After treatment, the size of mesenteric lymph nodes in the two groups were compared within and between groups, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).6.Comparison of recurrence rates: Two groups of children were followed up one month later, and the recurrence rate in the treatment group was 5.0%;The recurrence rate in the control group was 60%,and the difference in data between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).7.Adverse event occurrence: Both groups of children did not experience any adverse events during the treatment period, indicating that the safety of the treatment plans in both groups is good.Conclusion:(1)Changjing Relieving Recipe is effective in treating children’s functional abdominal pain with Mesentery Lymphadenopathy of spleen stomach deficiency cold type, with low recurrence rate, and has clinical application value.(2)There were no Adverse drug reaction and adverse events during the test, indicating that the self-made formula for relieving intestinal spasm was safe. |
