| Acupuncture points are special point areas on the meridian lines of the body that can be used for TCM physiotherapy through acupuncture and tui na.Accurate identification of acupuncture points directly affects the effectiveness of physiotherapy.At present,people mainly use human meridian point models,illustrations and other materials for the identification of acupoints,but due to the uneven professionalism of the operators and the differences in height and weight of the subjects,it is difficult to identify acupoints accurately for different people.Bioelectrical impedance technique,as a technique that can well detect the electrical signal of skin tissue,has the advantages of easy operation and high detection accuracy.Therefore,this paper proposes a scheme for meridian point detection based on bioelectrical impedance technology for the accurate identification of human acupuncture points,which can assist in Chinese medicine treatment.This paper designs a system for the detection of human meridian points based on bioelectrical impedance testing principles.The hardware platform consists of the following four modules: constant current source excitation module,acupoint detection electrode array,impedance measurement signal conditioning module and impedance detection module.Based on the skin impedance characteristics of the acupuncture points,the constant current source excitation module is designed using DDS technology to generate a sinusoidal excitation signal with a frequency of 50 KHz and an amplitude of 10 u A;the 16-channel acupuncture point detection electrode array is designed using a distributed arrangement method in combination with the distribution characteristics of the meridian acupuncture points in Chinese medicine;the impedance measurement signal conditioning module is designed to address the noise interference problem of the detection signal and the signal requirements of the detection circuit.The impedance measurement signal conditioning module is designed to buffer,time select and amplify and filter the signal;the impedance detection module is designed to obtain the impedance values of the 16 detection points by combining the characteristics of the change in amplitude of the frequency signal after passing through the human body.On the MATLAB platform,the data processing software of this topic is designed to process the data uploaded by the human meridian acupuncture point detection system.To address the problem that the detection signal is disturbed by multiple noises,which affects the accuracy of acupoint identification,this paper proposes a logistic regression algorithm-based acupoint identification method.A data processing method based on wavelet denoising is used to analyse the relationship between chaotic features and acupoints,and five chaotic feature parameters such as the correlation dimension are extracted to study the modelling method based on the logistic regression algorithm and establish the acupoint recognition model.In order to validate the acupoint recognition model,the hand three li points of 30 testers were tested and the model was evaluated by selecting the accuracy rate P and recall rate R as well as the AUC value under the ROC curve.the final accuracy rate P of the acupoint recognition model was 0.78,the recall rate R was 0.75 and the AUC value was 0.792.the model was also used to test the upper lian point,lower lian point and The AUC value for the identification of the upper Lian point was 0.723,the AUC value for the identification of the lower Lian point was 0.612 and the AUC value for the identification of the Quchi point was 0.710,indicating that the model was significant for the identification of different acupoints.The experimental results show that the detection system and the acupoint identification model have good accuracy in detecting and identifying acupoints,and can provide some reference value to assist in the identification of acupoints before TCM treatment. |
