Observation On Effect Of Bushen Huoxue Decoction Combined With Mirena On Preventing Recurrence Of Endometrial Polyps With Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type

Purpose:The purpose of this study was to observe the patients with endometrial polyps of kidney deficiency and blood stasis after hysteroscopic surgery,the patients’ menstrual conditions under different intervention measures,the changes of traditional Chinese medicine symptoms,the changes of endometrial thickness,and the recurrence of the patients after 3 months of postoperative medication and 3 months of drug withdrawal,so as to evaluate the efficacy of bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with Mirena in preventing the recurrence of endometrial polyps of kidney deficiency and blood stasis.To provide clinical basis and experimental data for preventing postoperative recurrence of endometrial polyps.Methods: A randomized single-blind trial method was used to collect 60 patients who received treatment or subsequent hospitalization in a gynecological outpatient department in Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to June 2022,with the consent of the ethics committee and patients,and to meet the exclusion and inclusion criteria.Control group: Mirena was placed,and the time was selected 4 to 7days after the next menstrual period after hysteroscopy.Treatment group:On the basis of the control group,on the first day of menstruation,patients were given the decoction of tonifying kidney and Huoxue prepared by the preparation room of Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,once half an hour after breakfast and once half an hour after dinner,taking the medicine for 10 days per menstrual cycle.Patients in both groups took the medicine for 3 consecutive menstrual cycles,and were followed up again after stopping the medicine for 3 months.The changes of menstruation,TCM symptoms,endometrial thickness,polyp recurrence and adverse reaction rate of patients before treatment,3 menstrual cycles after medication and 3menstrual cycles after drug withdrawal were recorded in the two groups.The collected data were statistically analyzed using the statistical system SPSS26.0.To evaluate the effect of Bushen Huoxue Decoction combined with Mirena on preventing recurrence of endometrial polyps with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.Results: Endometrial thickness,TCM symptom score,menstrual volume,TCM symptom efficacy and recurrence rate were compared between the two groups.(Note: The general condition of patients before surgery was P > 0.05,which was comparable.In this study,the postoperative polyp recurrence of patients was only compared in 3 menstrual cycles after surgery and 6menstrual cycles after surgery.There was no significant difference between groups due to the continuous inhibitory effect of Mirena on intima.)1.Comparison of endometrial thickness: Intra-group comparison: the endometrial thickness of the control group and the treatment group at 3、6menstrual cycles after surgery had significant statistical significance compared with that before surgery(P< 0.01);inter-group comparison: the endometrial thickness of the two groups at 3 menstrual cycles after surgery had significant difference(P < 0.01).At the follow-up of 6 menstrual cycles after operation,the difference between groups was still significant(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group.2.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: The comparison before and after treatment between the two groups had significant statistical significance(P < 0.01),indicating that both groups were effective in improving TCM syndromes of patients.The score of the treatment group after treatment was significantly lower than that of the control group,and the effective rate was93.10% in the treatment group and 34.48% in the control group after 6menstrual cycles,indicating that the effect of the treatment group was better(P < 0.01).3.Comparison of menstrual volume: Intra-group comparison: the control group and the treatment group had significant statistical significance in terms of menstrual volume after 3、6 menstrual cycles compared with that before surgery(P< 0.01);inter-group comparison: there was significant difference in menstrual volume after 3 menstrual cycles between the two groups(P < 0.01).At the follow-up of 6 menstrual cycles after operation,the difference between groups was still significant(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group.4.Comparison of recurrence rate: After 6 menstrual cycles,the recurrence rate of the two groups was compared.There was 1 case of endometrial polyp recurrence in the treatment group with a recurrence rate of3.45%,and 3 cases of endometrial polyp recurrence in the control group with a recurrence rate of 10.34%.The recurrence rate in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group.There was no significant difference(P>0.05).Both the treatment group and the control group could prevent the recurrence of endometrial polyps,but the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion:Both the treatment group and the control group could effectively prevent the recurrence of endometrial polyps,but Bushenhuoxue Decoction combined with Mirena was more effective and safe in reducing the endometrial thickness,improving the symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine and reducing menstrual volume in preventing the recurrence of endometrial polyps with kidney deficiency and blood stasis,and its total effective rate was higher than that of patients with Mirena alone.The recurrence rate was lower than that of patients using mirenacil alone.
