| Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of Electric needle combined with ordinary acupuncture in the treatment of cervical vertigo with phlegm turbidity and overcast mask, and to provide experimental support for its further clinical popularization and application. Methods: A total of 66 patients who met the inclusion criteria in the Rehabilitation Department of Shijiazhuang Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2021 to December 2022 were randomly divided into control group(33 cases)and treatment group(33 cases). The control group was treated with ordinary acupuncture. On the basis of the control group, the treatment group was treated with Electric needle. Both groups were treated for a course of 10 days in total. The data of traditional Chinese Medicine symptom score(TCMSSS),cervical vertigo symptom and function assessment scale(ESCV)and transcranial Doppler(TCD)were recorded before and after treatment.SPSS25.0 statistical software was used to analyze the test data, and the clinical efficacy was evaluated by comparing the results of the two groups and the data before and after treatment.Results:1.TCM symptom score: There were statistically significant differences in the scores of the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);After treatment, the scores of the two groups were lower than those before treatment, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P< 0.05).2.ESCV score: There were statistically significant differences in the total score of ESCV and the scores of five subscales(vertigo, neck and shoulder pain, headache, daily life and work, psychological and social adaptation)between the two groups before and after treatment(P<0.05);After treatment, the scores of the two groups were higher than those before treatment, and the differences between the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).3.TCD test: The TCD data of the two groups before and after treatment included the mean blood flow velocity(Vm),peak systolic blood flow velocity(Vs),end diastolic blood flow velocity(Vd)of basilar artery(BA)and vertebral artery(VA),and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment, the TCD test data of the two groups were improved compared with those before treatment, and the comparison between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).4.Clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of the treatment group(96.77%)was higher than that of the control group(86.67%),with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion:Electric needle combined with ordinary acupuncture and ordinary acupuncture are both effective in the treatment of cervical vertigo with cloudy phlegm and upper mask type, but the former is more effective in improving the TCM syndrome of cervical vertigo with cloudy phlegm and upper mask type, relieving vertigo, neck and shoulder pain, headache and other symptoms and function of cervical vertigo, and improving the blood flow velocity of vertebrobasilar artery. |
