Clinical Study On The Effect Of Yucan Granules On Proteinuria And Renal Function In Patients With Diabetic Nephropathy(CKD1-3 Stage)

Objective: To observe the effects of Yucan Granules on 24-hour urine protein quantification,urine albumin-creatinine ratio,renal function,TCM syndrome score,blood lipids,blood glucose and other indicators in patients with diabetic nephropathy(CKD1-3 stage)with Qi deficiency and dampness stasis.Scientifically and objectively evaluate the effectiveness and safety of Yucan Granules in treating proteinuria in patients with diabetic nephropathy(CKD1-3 stage)of Qi deficiency and dampness stasis,providing feasibility evidence for the preclinical research of new drugs,and providing Chinese medicine for the prevention and treatment of chronic diseases such as diabetic nephropathy High-quality evidence-based evidence.Methods: Ninety patients with diabetic nephropathy(CKD1-3 stage)with Qi deficiency and dampness stasis were randomly divided into two groups,45 cases in the control group and 45 cases in the treatment group.On the basis of conventional treatment,the treatment group was treated with chlorine Sartan potassium tablets 50 mg+ Yucan granules,and the control group was treated with Losartan potassium tablets 50 mg + Yucan granules placebo.Observation and treatment were conducted for 12 weeks.Evaluation and analysis of the improvement of 24-hour urine protein quantification,urine microalbumin-creatinine ratio,renal function,blood sugar,glycation,blood lipids,and safety observation indicators before and after treatment in the two groups.Results: Of the 90 patients included in the study,2 cases were dropped due to loss to follow-up,and 88 cases were actually completed.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in baseline data between the control group and the test group(P>0.05),and they were comparable.After treatment,the total clinical effective rate was56.82% in the control group and 79.54% in the treatment group.The effective rate in the treatment group was significantly better than the control group,with significant statistical difference(P<0.01).In terms of the efficacy of TCM clinical syndromes,the effective rate of the control group was 72.72%,and the treatment group was 86.36%.Compared with the control group,the difference between the treatment group was more obvious and statistically significant(P<0.01).After 12 weeks of treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes,24 h UP,MA/CR,Scr,and TC of the two groups were all lower than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The average values of the LDL groups before and after treatment decreased.The difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the difference in the control group was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In comparison between the groups,the scores of TCM syndromes,24 h UP,MA/CR,Scr,TC were statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment group was superior to the control group.There was no significant difference between the e GFR treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of Hb A1 c,FPG,and TG also decreased in the two groups,but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion: Yucan granules can effectively improve the clinical efficacy and TCM syndromes of patients with diabetic nephropathy(CKD1-3 stage)with Qi deficiency and dampness stasis,and can effectively reduce the level of proteinuria in patients and control related risk factors.The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine can stabilize the progression of the disease.Certain advantages,and safe and reliable.
