| This paper takes the Cantonese dialect literature compiled by Western missionaries and Chinese scholars since the 19 th century as the object of investigation,and conducts a systematic investigation and analysis of the comparative sentences,in order to show the historical appearance and development of Cantonese dialect comparative sentences in the past two hundred years.The full text is divided into three chapters,with a conclusion at the end.The main contents are as follows:The first chapter is the introduction.Mainly to clarify the research purpose and significance of this paper,to analyze the current situation of academic research on Cantonese comparative constructions,and to introduce the corpus value and version of the early documents used in this paper.The second chapter is a research on the historical development of Equal Comparison since the 19 th century.The number and patterns of Equal Comparison in Cantonese dialect are very rich,among which affirmative Equal Comparison mainly include "yang"(样),"si"(似),"ru"(如)and other sentence patterns,while negative Equal Comparison there are mainly "tong"(同)and "yang"(样).By arranging and describing different sentence patterns in different periods,this paper analyzes and summarizes the development and evolution of Equal Comparison since the 19 th century.The Cantonese dialect is rich in types of sentences and sentences.There are not only the continuation of the dialect grammar,but also the new changes caused by the influence of the common Chinese language.The third chapter is a study of the historical development of Cantonese dialect Unequal Comparison since the 19th century.Cantonese dialect Unequal Comparison have distinct characteristics in use,and have a unique position in the history of the development and evolution of Chinese dialect Unequal Comparison.According to the meaning of the difference ratio,the Cantonese Unequal Comparison sentences are divided into"Shengguo"(胜过)meaning and"buji"(不及)meaning.The sentence patterns expressing the meaning of"shengguo"(胜过)include"guo"(过),"geng"(更),"bi"(比);those expressing the meaning of"buji"(不及)include"mao"(冇),"wusi"(唔似)and"buru"(不如)."guo"(过)-sentence is the most basic difference sentence structure in Cantonese dialect.Since the 19th century,"guo"(过)-sentence has always been in a dominant position in the Cantonese dialect,and other sentence patterns are in a weak position.The frequency of use of various sentence patterns in different periods is different.There are both internal reasons for the grammatical system and the influence of the common Chinese language on the dialect.The conclusion part summarizes the core content of the full text. |
