| A documentary is a film and television work that the creator processes and presents real and objective things to the audience through various creative techniques.However,the creation of a documentary is not only a mechanical recording and reproduction of the real world,but also an artistic expression of the creator and the subject’s own emotions.The creation of reality themed documentaries focuses on the real society and analyzes the real characters,which makes the shaping of character images particularly important for the success of the creation of this themed documentary.In order to successfully complete the characterization,the author needs to have a deep understanding of the characters.In this process,the author used case analysis and field research to analyze the shooting objects.And combine certain creative concepts to develop exclusive shooting plans.In terms of narrative perspective,an editorial omniscient perspective was used,and multiple lens languages and expressive editing techniques were used to jointly create and complete the work.In the production process of the real-life documentary "Youth Under the Lens",the author has developed a deeper understanding of the character portrayal in such documentaries.Regarding literature research on real-life documentaries,the author has studied 35 articles by major domestic scholars and found that most of the research focuses on their development,aesthetics,dissemination value,This paper summarizes and summarizes the basic concepts that character image shaping should follow in real-life documentaries,and analyzes them in detail based on the real-life documentary "Youth Under the Camera" that I have completed.By comprehensively utilizing literature analysis,case comparison,and documentary creation methods,Television creation strategies for shaping character images in such documentaries.Furthermore,it provides certain reference and suggestions for the research and creation of realistic themed documentaries in the future.This not only broadens the research perspective of real-life documentaries,but also adds a new research framework. |
