| Middle school is an important period of individual physical and mental development,but with the rapid development of many problems.In recent years,the social adjustment of junior high school students has attracted the attention of researchers.Social adaptation includes positive social adaptation and negative social adaptation.With the rise of positive psychology,this study will focus on the positive social adjustment of junior high school students.In order to further understand the current situation of junior high school students’ positive social adjustment,explore the relationship between parents’ marital conflict,parents’ cooperative parenting(including father’s coordination with mother’s parenting and mother’s coordination with father’s parenting),parent-child communication quality and junior high school students’ positive social adjustment,To investigate the mediating role of parents’ collaborative parenting and parent-child communication quality between parents’ marital conflict and junior high school students’ positive social adjustment,this study conducted a questionnaire survey on 692 junior high school students from Zhengzhou,Xinmi and Puyang,Henan Province,and used SPSS23.0 to collate and analyze the data.The research results are as follows:(1)There are significant differences between parents’ marital conflict,parents’ cooperative parenting,parent-child communication quality and junior high school students’ positive social adjustment in the demographic variables of whether they are the only child or not and grade.(2)There is a significant pairwise correlation between parents’ marital conflict,parents’ cooperative parenting,parent-child communication quality and junior high school students’ positive social adjustment.(3)Parental cooperative parenting plays a partial mediating role between parents’ marital conflict and junior high school students’ positive social adjustment.Specifically,both father’s and mother’s coordination of father’s parenting play a partial mediating role in the relationship between parents’ marital conflict and junior high school students’ positive social adjustment.(4)Parent-child communication quality plays a partial mediating role between parents’ marital conflict and junior high school students’ positive social adjustment.(5)Parental cooperative parenting(whether it is father’s cooperative parenting or mother’s cooperative parenting)and parent-child communication quality play a chain mediating role between parents’ marital conflict and junior high school students’ positive social adjustment. |
