Research On Public Information Service Of Quanzhou Local Chronicle

The official account information service of local chronicles is the demand of local chronicles working organizations to meet the public information needs of local governments,such as government departments,enterprises and the public.It provides information consultation,information disclosure,information processing to public service objects through public information platform such as public libraries,local records,local chronicles,We Chat public numbers,etc.Behavior and process of information promotion service.At present,the national informatization construction has entered a new stage of digitization and building a digital China.It puts forward the proposition of promoting the open,interactive and integrated development of government public information services.How to better interact with the service object,provide better public service content and improve the digital service platform are the problems that Quanzhou local chronicles working organization needs to think about in the development of local chronicles in the 14 th five year plan.Under this research background,combined with the relevant theories of public management such as public goods theory and service-oriented government theory,this paper studies the current situation of local public information services in Quanzhou,and adopts the methods of literature research,comparative analysis and interview to obtain relevant information.Firstly,through the methods of literature review and individual interview,this paper combs out the measures and effects of Quanzhou local chronicles public information service.In carrying out services,we have adopted the methods of broadening the coverage of service objects,increasing the main contents of services and building service platforms,which have played a certain role in serving the work of local centers,local economic development,public social life,cultural exchange and communication and the development of tourism.Secondly,through interviews and investigations with service providers,local chronicles staff,government departments,enterprises,the public and other service objects,it is found that there are some problems in the process of public information service of local chronicles in Quanzhou,such as lack of personalized service orientation,high-quality service content,diversified service platform and so on,Then it analyzes the factors that cause the problems,mainly from the inadequate understanding of service thought,imperfect service system,immature service platform technology and so on.Finally,according to the existing problems and reasons,combined with the practice and Enlightenment of local chronicle public information service in some prefecture level cities in China,this paper extracts the countermeasures and suggestions to improve the public information service of local chronicles in Quanzhou from three aspects: changing the service thinking,improving the quality of service content and strengthening the construction of service platform.It is hoped that through this study,on the one hand,it can provide some reference for Quanzhou local chronicles public information service to enter the forefront of the province,on the other hand,it can also provide reference for some areas in China with the same level of public information service as Quanzhou local chronicles to a certain extent.
