Analysis On Editor Selection Of Intangible Cultural Heritage Report Of Enshi Daily(2006-2019)

Intangible cultural heritage is the best part of national culture and its spirit.It is called "the epitome of national memory" and "the living fossil of history and culture".It is the best culturual inheritance of a region,of a country and of a nation.In China,most of the intangible cultural heritages are contained in ethnic minorities,and each ethnic minority has its own unique intangible cultural heritages.The report on intangible cultural heritages in the Party newspaper of minority areas have played a very important role in promoting the social development of minority areas,protecting and inheriting local ethnic cultures,and have created opportunities for the economic development of minority areas.In essence,the media coverage on intangible cultural heritages are regarded as cultural communication activity.The Party newspapers in minority areas have played a very important and positive role during the progress of its communication and widespread.Above all,in the cultural communication activities of the Party newspapers in ethnic minority areas,the selection of editors is extremely important and critical.As the principle part of the media,the editor,plays a very decisive role during the communication of culture.Therefore,the communication of culture can not be separated from the media;Accordingly,the editor’s selection can not be replaced by any other form of labors because the value of the editor and the selection in the cultural communication.In minority areas,the editorial selection of coverage concerning with the intangible cultural heritage in Party newspapers based on the content selection of relevant information,aesthetic orientation and value expression in order to process the best intellectual products,provide public opinion and ideological guidience to the public as well as consolidate the auidences’ thinking.Therefore,the selection might achieve its best results.As the official newspaper of the local party committee,the party newspaper in ethnic minority areas shoulders important political functions and communication responsibilities,and it also undertakes a special mission which differs from other local party newspapers.On the one hand,the Party newspapers in ethnic minority areas should spread the mainstream culture and publicize the Party’s theoretical programs,lines and policies.On the other hand,the party newspapers in ethnic minority areas should also communicate the local national culture and undertake the task of guiding public opinion in order to unify national consensus and maintain national unity.In the face of special audience groups and unique ethnic minority culture,the party newspapers in ethnic minority areas must convey national policies,unify national consensus and maintain national unity by disseminating excellent ethnic cultural content.Bases on this assumption,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the dissemination of the local national culture,especially the intangible cultural heritage,by the Party newspaper in ethnic minority areas.Enshi Tujia and Miao Autonomous Prefecture is the youngest minority autonomous prefecture in China.As the only party newspaper in Enshi Prefecture,Enshi Daily plays an extremely important role in the process of spreading local intangible cultural heritage.This paper applied the relevant theory of editor selection,selected Enshi Daily as the research object and took its intangible cultural heritage reports as the research text.To improve the dissemination effect of intangible cultural heritage reports in the Party newspaper of minority areas,this paper combed and counted the intangible cultural heritage reports of Enshi Daily from 2006 to 2019,analyzes and summarizes the specific embodiment and problems of the intangible cultural heritage reports of Enshi Daily in terms of editor selection,and further explored the improvements of the intangible cultural heritage reports of Enshi Daily according to the problems.There are six parts in this paper.The first part is the introduction,which mainly summarizes the research background,research significance,research status and researsh methods.The second part analyzes the editorial content selection of the intangible cultural heritage reports of Enshi Daily,and studies its concrete embodiment in the number,category,source and length of reports.The third part analyzes the editorial-oriented selection of the intangible cultural heritage reports of Enshi Daily,and studies its concrete embodiment in the aspects of report themem,report layout,report timeliness and report genre.The fourth part analyzes the editoral aesthetic choice of the intangible cultural heritage reports of Enshi Daily,and studies its concrete embodiment in manuscript organization and layout design.The fifth part summarizes the editing characteristics and existing problems of the intangible cultural heritage reports of Enshi Daily.The sixth part puts forward some suggestions to impove the intangible cultural heritage reports of Enshi Daily.
