Comparative Study Of Hakka Dialects In Guigang

The Guangxi Hakka dialect can be divided into three central belts,one of which is centered in Guigang and goes northwest to Litang and Binyang.Guigang Hakka dialect belongs to the Hakka dialect of west Guangdong sub-dialect.This paper takes the pronunciation,vocabulary and grammar of Guigang Wule,Qiaowei,Jintian and Guoan dialects as the research object,describes,analyzes and compares the pronunciation,vocabulary and grammar of the four dialects,and tries to show the overall appearance of Guigang Hakka dialect and provide scientific basis for the in-depth study of Guangxi Hakka dialect.This paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the human geography and language of Guigang,summarizes the research status of Guangxi Hakka dialect and the research status of Guigang Hakka dialect,briefly introduces the research purpose,significance and research methods of this paper,explains the basis for the selection of points,dialect pronunciation partners and the use of symbols.The second chapter is the comparison of Hakka dialect pronunciation in Guigang.Synchronic comparison of initials,vowels and tones of four dialect points is made to analyze their consistency and difference.The results show that the internal consistency of the four dialect points is still high despite the different language environments.The third chapter is the comparison of Hakka dialect vocabulary in Guigang.The results show that the four dialects all retain some main features of Hakka vocabulary,such as abundant monosyllabic words,a group of old Chinese words,a group of Hakka dialect characteristic words,etc.At the same time,there are some differences in the vocabulary of the four dialect points.In general,the vocabulary of the four dialect points still maintains a relatively high consistency,but Jintian and Guoan dialect points are more influenced by Cantonese.The fourth chapter is the comparison of Hakka dialect grammar in Guigang.This paper mainly analyzes the consistency and difference of affixes,quantifiers,adverbs,pronouns,conjunctions,prepositions and other words in four dialect points.It focuses on the aspect and category characteristics of verbs and compares three sentence patterns of passive sentence,comparative sentence and interrogative sentence.The results show that the affix diversity is large,and the internal consistency of speech classes and syntax is very high.
