Music Analysis And Performance Exploration Of Debussy’s “Pour Le Piano” L.95

"Pour Le Piano" L.95 has an important turning point in Debussy’s piano music,marking the maturity of Debussy’s impression music.This work consists of three pieces: "Prelude","Salabande",and "Tocata".Debussy innovated on the basis of the music of the Baroque,Classical and Romantic periods,creating a musical language unique to Debussy.This article is divided into three chapters to conduct a profound study of Debussy’s piano suite "Pour Le Piano" L.95.The first chapter,based on the understanding of Debussy’s life and learning experience,mainly summarizing the creative background and historical significance of "Pour Le Piano";The second chapter analyzes the compositional structure and musical ontology of "Pour Le Piano",mainly discussing on a systematic summary of melody,harmony,mode,and musical structure;The third chapter analyzes the key points and difficulties of the work "Pour Le Piano" based on my own learning and playing experience,mainly from the aspects of touch keys,pedals,and dynamics,in order to better interpret the screen feel when performing this work and provide some help for others when performing.
