| Since 2020,the repeated invasion of the COVID-19 epidemic has brought opportunities and challenges to the education of TCSOL,and also brought a sudden change in the internship method to the major,resulting in greater professional pressure for master’s students of TCSOL during the internship period.Professional internship is the only way to improve the professional knowledge and professional identity of MTCSOL.Investigating and studying the pressure of MTCSOL during the internship is of great significance for realizing their personal career development and promoting the development of TCSOL.In this study,taking the 2020 master’s students of TCSOL in Zhejiang University of Science and Technology as the survey object,the perceptual pressure questionnaire and pressure source questionnaire were adapted,combined with the COPE scale and semi-structured interview survey to analyze the professional pressure level,pressure source,pressure coping methods and people of master’s students during the internship period of COVID-19.The difference in oral statistics points out that during the internship,master’s students have formed high occupational pressure due to the difficulty of online teaching,many restrictions on professional development,and high work load intensity,and put forward corresponding pressure management suggestions for the above three problems.This article consists of four parts.The first part introduces the background,content,significance and method of the research,as well as the general situation of the research on the internship and occupational stress of MTCSOL.The second part combines the theoretical model of professional pressure to construct and optimize the questionnaire and interview outline.The third part is a descriptive statistical and individual difference analysis of the pressure level,pressure source and pressure response method of the questionnaire and interview content.The fourth part summarizes the occupational pressure of the internship period of MTCSOL in the context of the post-epidemic era,and puts forward suggestions on pressure management at the individual and organizational levels.Finally,I summarized the shortcomings and made a prospect,in order to make a modest contribution to the career development of MTCSOL and the professional development of TCSOL in the post-epidemic era. |
