Study Of Han Dynasty Bronze Vessels Unearthed In Guanzhong Area

As one of the largest sources of bronze,bronze vessels play an important role in the study of ancient bronze culture.This paper takes the Han Dynasty bronze vessels unearthed in the Guanzhong area as the research object,and makes a preliminary study on the shape evolution,periodization and combination of artifacts,changes in inscriptions and ornamentation,and cultural factors.The first chapter is an introductory part,which first defines the research scope and research objects of the paper,then sorts out the archaeological discoveries of Han Dynasty bronze vessels in the Guanzhong area since the founding of the People’s Republic of China and the research status of the academic community,and finally introduces the research methods and research significance of this paper.The second chapter is the typological research part,which divides bronze containers into four categories: cookers,eating utensils,storage utensils and washers,on the basis of which typological analysis is carried out to initially establish the development and evolution sequence of utensils.The third chapter is the research part of periodization and combination,on the basis of typological analysis,combined with the excavation units of artifacts,the bronze container is divided into six periods: early Western Han,middle Western Han,late Western Han,Xinmang period,early Eastern Han and middle and late Eastern Han period,and briefly analyzes the combination changes of artifacts.Chapter 4 is the research part of inscriptions and ornaments,which adopts a reasonable method to classify and introduce the content of inscriptions and ornaments,and discusses the development and evolution of inscriptions and ornaments over time.Chapter 5 is the analysis of cultural factors,on the basis of the typological analysis and periodization research of artifacts,combined with the content of inscriptions and ornaments,the composition and source of Han Dynasty bronze vessels in the Guanzhong region are discussed by using cultural factor analysis methods,and the trade-offs of different cultural factors in different periods are studied.Finally,the concluding part,combined with the previous research,divides the development process of traditional ritual utensils and emerging practical utensils of Han dynasty bronze vessels in the Guanzhong region into three stages: early Western Han Dynasty,middle and late Western Han Dynasty,Xinmang period to Eastern Han period.
