A Study On The Use Of Henan Traditional Music Elements In Zhang Yibing’s Ethnic Orchestral Works And Personal Creative Practice

Mr.Zhang Yibing,a famous composer,has devoted himself for many years to creating excellent works with Henan culture as the theme and in the style of Henan,spreading traditional Henan music culture.The three pieces of ethnic orchestra selected for this paper are representative works composed by Mr.Zhang Yibing using traditional musical elements of Henan.The ethnic orchestra "Weaving Flower Basket" and "High Mountain Flowing Water" are based on traditional Henan folk songs and Plate head curve of the same name,and the ethnic orchestra "Opera Stage" is based on several classic Henan opera songs.The materials chosen for the three works are representative of each other and show a great combination of the colorfulness of the ethnic orchestra and the strong "Henan style".This paper takes Mr.Zhang Yibing’s ethnic orchestral music " Weaving Flower Basket ","High Mountain Flowing Water" and "Opera Stage" as the object of study.From the perspective of composition technique theory,each of them is analyzed to explore the way of using traditional musical elements of Henan in Mr.Zhang Yibing’s ethnic orchestral works,and to reveal the creative thinking of Mr.Zhang Yibing’s ethnic orchestral works.Through the analysis,we will select the inspiring musical organization means,so as to extend the application to the creation of personal ethnic orchestral works " Dushan jade",and also to provide a reference idea for the study of similar works or the creation of similar works.The article concludes with a reflection on the creation of ethnic orchestral works in the "Henan style",hoping that it will be enlighten the future analysis and creation of "Henan style" and other "local style" ethnic orchestral works.
