Research On The Application Of "Psychedelic Art" Style In New Media Design

As a unique rebellious art style in the 1960 s,"psychedelic art" declined with the disappearance of the hippie movement,but it did not disappear.With the development of the new media era,"psychedelic art" has sparked a new wave through the internet,developing diverse ways of expression and integrating new era meanings.As the main "witnesses" of the rebellious history at that time,"psychedelic art" was not only an important material for people to understand the American history of the1960 s,but also had extremely high historical value,humanistic significance,and aesthetic value.In terms of creative forms,attitudes and perspectives towards art,as well as creative methods for historical and visual cultural heritage,it has had a great impact.In addition,some social concepts such as peace and love for nature mentioned in the works of "psychedelic art" urgently need to be paid attention to and addressed at present.This study not only analyzes and sorts out the literature and images related to "psychedelic art" and "acidic" design in the 1960 s,but also links it with contemporary "acidic" design,analyzes the relationship between "psychedelic art" and "acidic" design,and summarizes the core expression content and artistic characteristics of the "acidic" perspective.Finally,based on the impact of the new media era on visual design,summarize the application methods of "psychedelic art"-"acidic" perspective in the new media era;It is pointed out that in order to better develop "psychedelic art" in the new media era,it is not only necessary to focus on design content,enhance personal creative awareness,but also to broaden the form of design presentation.On the other hand,with the development of new media,the social issue of "online violence" urgently needs our attention.According to surveys,some network users known as "network diodes" are a high-risk group for generating online violence.The author takes the "diode phenomenon" as a clue,and guided by the application methods of "psychedelic art"-"acidity" in new media,carries out design practice,hoping to attract people’s attention and thinking,Reduce the occurrence of online violence incidents.
