Research On Collaborative Governance Of Public Health Events In Jieyang City During The Epidemic Er

At present,my country is at a critical stage of rapid economic development and gradual social transformation.Under the leadership of the Communist Party of China,this tackling battle has achieved gratifying achievements,and achieving the goal of a well-off society in an all-round way is no longer a dream.However,in this process,the uneven development of various regions and the further widening of the gap between the rich and the poor have also attracted widespread attention,and even the resulting public crises have emerged one after another.In other words,in the important period of struggling to achieve the "two centenary" goals,how to effectively respond to public crises and improve the ability of public crisis governance has become a problem that the government needs to consider carefully.In 2020,with the outbreak of the new crown epidemic,my country’s public health security governance has been severely challenged,and it has also forced our country to re-examine the public health security governance issues and formulate corresponding response mechanisms.Based on this,this article attempts to combine the theory of collaborative governance.After the outbreak of the new crown epidemic,the J City government and social organizations coordinated governance before,during,and after the epidemic prevention and control,and responded to the public health crisis.The achievements and existing problems are discussed in detail.Through research,it is found that in the process of collaborative governance,there are problems such as unclear positioning of the functions of both parties,lack of legal identities in social organizations,lack of communication,lack of social awareness,and lack of long-term and continuity.Based on this,by drawing on the collaborative governance theory and the experience of other countries in promoting the cooperation between the government and social organizations to carry out collaborative governance,it is pointed out that the Chinese government should enhance the willingness of coordination,consolidate the foundation of coordination,and promote the communication and exchanges between the government and social organizations.The establishment of a public health crisis information sharing exchange platform and other aspects will lay a foundation for improving the effectiveness of coordinated governance between the government and social organizations,and effectively deal with public health crisis issues.
