| Objective: To comprehensively evaluate the clinical curative effect of The hand Well points of Hand pricking and bloodletting plus acupuncture in the treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome,in order to explore an effective method for clinical treatment of post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome. Methods A total of 60 subjects with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were numbered according to the time of enrollment and randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. Both groups of subjects received conventional stroke treatment and rehabilitation training according to their own conditions. On this basis, the treatment group was treated with Twelve Well points of the hand and bloodletting plus acupuncture, and the control group was treated with acupuncture alone;the treatment was performed once every other day,and the visual analogue scale(VAS score)of the two groups before and after treatment was compared.upper extremity motor function score(Fug1-Meyer assessment,FMA score),edema score and hemorheological indexes(whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, hematocrit)were compared to evaluate the addition of acupuncture for bloodletting and bloodletting at twelve hand well points,The therapeutic effect of acupuncture on improving shoulder joint pain, mobility impairment, edema and blood flow in patients with post-stroke shoulder-hand syndrome. Results: 1.Comparison of overall curative effect: After the treatment,he t otal effective rate of the treatment group was 86.67%,and the total effective r ate of the control group was 73.33%.After nonparametric test, the difference in clinical efficacy between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01).2.Comparison of VAS scores: After treatment, the VAS scores of the two groups of patients were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01);the differe nce between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.01),and the treat ment group was better than the control group.3.Comparison of upper extremity FMA scores: after treatment, the upper e xtremity FMA scores of the two groups of patients were all higher than those before treatment(P<0.01);the difference between the two groups was statistical ly significant(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than control group.4.Comparison of edema scores: After treatment, the edema scores of the t wo groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01);the difference was statistically significant between the two groups(P<0.05),and the treatment gr oup was better than the control group.5.Comparison of hemorheological indexes: after treatment, the whole bloo d viscosity, plasma viscosity and hematocrit of the two groups of patients were decreased(P<0.01);the difference between the two groups was statistically sig nificant(P<0.01),and the treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion:1.Well points of hand pricking and bloodletting plus acupunc ture can relieve shoulder pain, improve shoulder joint function, and relieve ede ma in patients with SHS;it can also improve blood viscosity and promote blo od circulation.2.Well points of hand pricking and bloodletting combined with routine acu puncture can improve the clinical efficiency of SHS and can be further popular ized and applied in clinical practice. |
