ObjectiveThrough a randomized controlled trial,to observe the difference of clinical efficacy of trans-tendon blood-pricking therapy in the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke, and to explore the feasibility, effectiveness and safety of trans-tendon blood-pricking therapy. It provides a new method for the treatment of shoulder-hand syndrome by Acupuncture and moxibustion.MethodsA randomized control led clinical trial was conducted to randomly divide 60 patients with shoulder-hand syndrome in stage ? and ? after stroke who met the diagnostic criteria of this study into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group. Both groups were g:iven basic medieine, rehabilitation training and acupuncture treatment. On this basis, the control group was given trigonal needle pricking and bleeding, while the treatment group was given blood-pricking through tendons. The two groups were treated once every other day, three times a week for 2 weeks.By observing the difference of pain degree, daily living ability and upper limb motor function before and after treatment, the difference of comprehensive curative effect between the two groups was statistically evaluated.Results1.VAS score:There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment, the VAS score of the two groups decreased significantly after treatment(P<0.01),and the VAS score of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P<0.01).2.MBI score:There was no significant difference in MBI scores between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment, the MB I scores of the two groups were significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01),and the increase of MB I scores in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(P<0.01).3.FMA score:There was no significant difference in FMA score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).Compared with before treatment, the FMA score of the two groups was significantly improved after treatment(P<0.01),and the difference between the two groups before and after treatment showed that the FMA score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.01).4.Clinical efficacy:The total effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were 96.60%and 80.00%,respectively.There was a significant difference in the clinical efficacy between the two groups(P<0.05).ConclusionTrans-tendon blood-pricking therapy can significantly improve the symptoms of upper limb pain in patients with shoulder-hand syndrome after stroke, improve the motor function and daily living ability of upper limbs, and improve the total effective rate of treatment. The curative effect is better than that of trigonal needling and bloodletting.
