| Objective(1)Compile the Questionnaire of Knowledge and Practice of Nosocomial infection prevention and control among nursing staff in Hunan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,and test its reliability and validity.(2)Through the compiled Questionnaire on the knowledge,trust and Practice of nosocomial infection prevention and control among nursing staff in Hunan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,the status quo of knowledge,trust and practice of nosocomial infection prevention and control among nursing staff in Hunan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine was investigated from three dimensions of knowledge,attitude and behavior,the main influencing factors were analyzed,and reasonable suggestions were put forward.It provides theoretical basis for the training of nosocomial infection prevention and control for nursing staff in Hunan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine.MethodsIn this study,multi-stage stratified cluster random sampling was used to select the respondents.In the first stage,stratified cluster sampling was adopted to select 14tertiary hospitals and 42 secondary hospitals in Hunan province according to the grades and levels of TCM hospitals in Hunan Province,and finally 56 TCM hospitals at provincial,municipal and county levels were covered.In the second stage,the method of random stratified sampling was adopted from December 2021 to February2022.Six to eight departments were selected from each hospital,and two to four nursing staff were selected from each department according to their working years.A total of 1480 nursing staff were selected as the investigation objects.Takes the form of questionnaire,the use of questionnaire compiled by hospital infection prevention and control knowledge nobuyuki present situation investigation,using the single factor analysis of variance to compare different characteristics of the nursing staff sense of hospital infection control score differences between the knowledge,attitude and behavior,and USES the multivariate linear regression analysis of nursing staff the influence factors of hospital infection prevention and control knowledge nobuyuki score,inspection level for alpha=0.05.Results(1)Status survey:a total of 1480 questionnaires were sent out in this study,and1480 questionnaires were returned with a recovery rate of 100%.(1)Knowledge dimension:The knowledge with the highest scoring rate was hand hygiene(91.63%,1356/1480),and the knowledge with the lowest scoring rate was nosocomial infection surveillance(36.51%,540/1480).The highest score was 99.73%(1475/1480)for occupational protection,and the lowest score was 29.41%(435/1480)for suitable nursing technology of Traditional Chinese medicine.Behavioral dimension:the management score of medical equipment and articles was the highest 99.66%(1474/1480),and the organizational system score of nosocomial infection management was the lowest 93.91%(1389/1480).(2)Influencing factors:the scores of knowledge,attitude and behavior of nosocomial infection prevention and control among nursing staff in TCM hospitals were statistically significant with different ages,working years,educational levels,professional titles and departments(P<0.05);In multiple linear regression analysis,there was a linear regression relationship between nurses’nosocomial infection prevention and control knowledge and their age,working years,education level and professional title(F=554.26,P<0.001),R~2=0.725,adjusted R~2=0.724,among which working years had the greatest influence(β=3.91).There was a linear regression relationship between nursing staff’s attitude towards no SOcomial infection prevention and control and age,working years,education level and professional title(F=346.60,P<0.001),R~2=0.622,adjusted R~2=0.621,among which education level had the greatest influence(β=-0.27).There was a linear regression relationship between nursing staff’s no SOcomial infection prevention and control behavior and working years,education level and professional title(F=182.21,P<0.001),R~2=0.464,adjusted R~2=0.462,among which working years had the greatest influence(β=0.23).Conclusion(1)The questionnaire on the knowledge,trust and Practice of nosocomial infection prevention and control among nursing staff in Hunan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital compiled in this study has good scientificity,feasibility and reliability,and can be used to investigate the knowledge,trust and practice level of nosocomial infection prevention and control among nursing staff in Traditional Chinese medicine hospitals in China.(2)The overall knowledge level of nosocomial infection prevention and control of nursing staff in Hunan Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine is good,but the knowledge level of nosocomial infection surveillance is low,and the knowledge reserve of TCM needs to be improved;The overall level of attitude dimension is good,but the cognition level of nosocomial infection in TCM appropriate nursing technology is low,so training should be strengthened to improve the prevention and control awareness of TCM nursing home sense.The overall level of the behavioral dimension is good.At the same time,it is necessary to adopt hierarchical management training for nursing staff with different working years and different educational levels,especially to standardize the behavior of nursing staff with low seniority. |
