Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of The Prevention And Control Of Hospital Infection From The Perspective Of Public Health Management

Hospital infection is the biggest threat to the life and health of patients and medical staff and an important public health problem worldwide.The prevention and control of hospital infection is helpful to improve the medical quality and life safety of patients,and it is also an important means to reduce the incidence of hospital infection and prevent the outbreak of hospital infection.However,it is not difficult to find in the investigation and practical operation that the research on the prevention and control of hospital infection in China is still in the primary stage,and many deficiencies have been exposed in practice.In this paper,through case analysis,literature research,according to the theory of the public health theory,crisis management and based on the theory of “bucket”of a children’ hospital of chickenpox suspected hospital infection outbreak were retrospectively analyzed,summarized the specific disposal of hospital when suspected outbreaks of infectious diseases,and from the hospital infection outbreak of incident,event,event and aftermath aspects reflect the hospital infection prevention and control of existing problems in our country.Through the above studies,the author believes that the prevention and control of hospital infection should be improved from eight aspects: the improving of hospital regulations and the increased funding,the construction of professional human resources of hospital infection,the building layout of hospital infection,the risk assessment of hospital infection,the outbreak of hospital infection drill,the construction of infection control culture and change the cleaning model.
