Comparison And Optimization Of Medical And Nursing Care Integration Models In Guizhou Provinc

With the increasing aging of the population in my country,the problem of old-age care is becoming more and more prominent,accompanied by the deepening of the problem of different degrees of disability,which increases the difficulties of old-age care institutions.Based on this,the combination of medical care and elderly care has begun to take root in my country,and the country has begun to actively carry out pilot projects of the combination of medical care and elderly care,which is an effective way to solve the serious aging problem in my country.In recent years,under the active promotion of the state,the concept of "integration of medical care and elderly care" in my country has been realized to varying degrees in most elderly care institutions,and different modes of practice of combining medical care and elderly care have been formed.It is of great significance to further promote the development of the mode of integration of medical care and elderly care.In the process of continuous exploration and practice,the old-age care institutions in Guizhou Province have formed three models of combining medical and nursing care with medical care,"nursing with medical care","establishing medical care in medical care" and "collaborating medical care and nursing care".Based on the case study of field investigation and interviews on typical elderly care institutions with three integrated medical and elderly care models in Guizhou Province,this paper uses the theory of welfare pluralism to analyze the government,the market,and family and social organizations as the main supply bodies in the integrated medical and elderly care mode.The main role of the institution,on this basis,from the perspectives of the service supply of the combination of medical and elderly care institutions,the government’s supervision of the institution,the role of the family in the medical and elderly care,and the participation of social organizations.A comparative study was carried out on the pension institutions in the combined mode,and the differences between the government and the market as the main supply bodies in different medical and elderly care integration modes were analyzed,and the respective advantages and common problems of the three integrated medical and elderly care modes were discussed.The development of the three integrated medical and elderly care models in Guizhou Province puts forward targeted optimization suggestions,so as to further promote the development of the integrated medical and elderly care models in Guizhou Province.
