Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to December2021.Statistical software was used to mine clinical data.Through the analysis of male-to-female ratio of 1:0.79;the age distributio n of the patients was 18-98 years old,Mean 66.2±14.08 years.2.Disease situation: The top three primary diseases are coronary heart disease,high h eart disease,and pulmonary heart disease,accounting for 50.5%,21.5%,and 7.5%;Ab normal,accounting for 21.5%,16% and 12% respectively;83 cases of NYHA grade I I,78 cases of grade III,25 cases of grade IV,and 14 cases of grade I,accounting fo r 41.5%,39%,12.5% and 7%;serum NT-pro BNP value was negatively correlated wit h cardiac function.3.Symptoms and distribution of tongue and pulse: There are 65 kinds of symptoms,with a total of 1528 occurrences,of which shortness of breath,chest tightness,palpitat ions,mental fatigue,chest pain,asthma,lower extremity edema,dizziness,difficulty fa lling little coa ting Moss,greasy moss,yellow moss;the top 5 pulse symptoms with the most freque nt occurrences were thin,stringy,slippery,several,and deep.4.Medication: 200 first-diagnosed prescriptions for patients with chronic heart failure were collected this time,and a total of 136 kinds of traditional Chinese medicines we re used,with a total of 2766 times,with an average of 13.83 prescriptions per prescri ption.The top 10 most frequently used traditional Chinese medicines were Poria,Ang elica,Chuanxiong,Astragalus,Tinglizi,Atractylodes,Guizhi,Baishao,Wujiapi,and Sal via.A total of 17 types of traditional Chinese medicines were used,and the top 5 typ es of traditional Chinese medicines with the most frequent applications were tonic,blo od-activating and stasis-removing,phlegm-relieving,cough-relieving and asthma-relievin g,heat-clearing,and qi-regulating.5.Correlation analysis results: Professor Zhang Yan’s commonly used drug combination s for the treatment of chronic heart failure are Albizia Julibrissin-Shouwu Teng,KeelOyster,Tinglizi-Wujiapi,Poria-Psyllium,Citrus aurantium-Hopu,Gualou-Xiebai-Pin ellia,Poria-Polyporus-Atractylodes,Poria-Polyporus-Guizhi,Tinglizi-Wujiapi-Motherwort,Ginseng-Ophiopogon japonicus-Schisandra,Tinglizi-Wujiapi-Aco nite-Poria,keel-oyster-habitat-Ophiopogon japonicus,tangerine peel-Pinellia-Citrus aurantium-Magnolia officinalis,Poria-Guizhi-Atractylodes-Licorice,Astr agalus-Angelica-Chuanxiong-Salvia,etc.6.Cluster analysis results: Professor Zhang Yan’s
