Research On The Medication Rules Of Academician Dong Jianhua In Treating Spleen And Stomach Diseases Based On Data Mining Analysi

Objective:Through the traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform,the data mining of related medical records of academician Dong Jianhua in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases are carried out,and the medication rules of academician Dong Jianhua are analyzed,so as to provide particular consultation and guidance for the clinical diagnosis and treatment.Methods:By collecting the medical records of academician Dong Jianhua and searching the representative published medical records and academic records of academician Dong Jianhua,including the four diagnosis information,traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types,treatment rules and methods,traditional Chinese medicine prescription and other information in the medical records related to spleen and stomach diseases,the database is organized and standardized according to the unified format.Statistical analysis was carried out based on the frequency analysis,association rule analysis and cluster analysis of traditional Chinese medicine inheritance computing platform,in order to reveal the common symptoms of spleen and stomach diseases,tongue and pulse as well as syndrome and treatment rules,and analyze and summarize the core drugs and core drug equivalent medication rules of academician Dong Jianhua in the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.Results:A total of 355 prescriptions meeting the standards are contained in this study,involving 104 symptoms,among which the top 5 symptoms are stomach pain,distention and fullness,loss of appetite,diarrhea and constipation.In terms of tongue and pulse,a total of 19 tongue images and 11 pulse images are obtained.The common tongue images and pulse images are thin,white,greasy,yellow moss and thin,stringy,smooth,heavy and weak pulse,respectively.In terms of traditional Chinese medicine syndrome patterns and treatment methods,the results indicate that there are 53 traditional Chinese medicine syndrome patterns,and the top five are syndrome of incompatibility between liver and stomach,spleen-stomach weakness type,syndrome of stasis of liver qi and spleen deficiency,syndrome of defective cold of spleen and stomach and syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach.There are 70 treatment rules and treatment methods,and the top five are dispelling stagnant liver qi for adjusting stomach,enhancing spleen and stomach,invigorating spleen for eliminating dampness,adjusting qi-flowing for harmonizing stomach and dispersing liver and regulating qi.In terms of drug frequency,a total of 245 traditional Chinese medicine are involved,with a cumulative frequency of 3886 times,among which 31 traditional Chinese medicine with a frequency ≥40.The top 10 are dried tangerine peel,orange fruit,debark peony root,nutgrass galingale rhizome,Indian bread,pinellia tuber,villous amomum fruit,common aucklandia root,szechwan chinaberry fruit,largehead atractylodes rhizome.Among the four natures and five flavors of drugs,warm and cold drugs,bitter and pungent drugs are more common.Spleen,stomach,lung and liver are the most common in the meridian entry.In the pesticide effect,a total of 17 classifications of drugs are involved,and the most common are adjusting qi drugs,replenishing deficiency drugs,removing heat drugs,eliminating dampness drugs and relieving surface drugs.In terms of association rule analysis,the results show that the core drug pairs are mainly dried tangerine peel-orange fruit,dried tangerine peel-pinellia tuber,dried tangerine peel-villous amomum fruit,dried tangerine peel-nutgrass galingale rhizome,dried tangerine peel-largehead atractylodes rhizome.In terms of cluster analysis,six core prescriptions are obtained in this study,which mainly includes adjusting qi-flowing for enhancing spleen,clearing dampness and phlegm,and regulating qi-flowing for relieving pain.Conclusion:The location of spleen and stomach disease is mainly in the stomach,which is closely related to the spleen and liver.The common clinical manifestations are stomach pain,distention and fullness,diarrhea,constipation,thin white or greasy moss,thin pulse or slippery string,etc.The pathological factors are mostly deficiency,Qi stagnation and damp heat.According to academician Dong Jianhua,the basic pathogenesis of spleen and stomach disease is that the disorder of the smooth decline of the spleen and stomach,the weakness of the spleen and stomach is the foundation,and the stagnation of qi,dampness and heat,phlegm and dampness,and blood stasis are the symptoms,forming complex syndromes.In this study,it is found that syndrome of incompatibility between liver and stomach,spleen-stomach weakness type,syndrome of stasis of liver qi and spleen deficiency,syndrome of defective cold of spleen and stomach and syndrome of dampness-heat of spleen and stomach are the most commonly appeared.In the clinic,the use of qi adjusting drugs,deficiency replenishing drugs,heat-removing drugs and dampness-clearing drugs are the common.The commonly used core drugs were "dried tangerine peel,orange fruit,pinellia tuber,villous amomum fruit,nutgrass galingale rhizome and largehead atractylodes rhizome",which further confirmed that Dong’s treatment of spleen and stomach disease started from smooth and decline.Through the use of drugs that adjusting qi-flowing for enhancing spleen,clearing dampness and phlegm,and adjusting qi-flowing for releasing pain,the qi machine can be modulated,and the qi machine can be unimpeded,so the spleen and stomach are in normal operation.Lay emphasis on always taking care of the spleen and stomach,take into account the dispelling of evil and supporting the righteous,and attack and make up for both.Attach importance to always taking care of the spleen and stomach,and pay attention to dispelling evil spirits and supporting righteousness.According to the person,place,and time conditions,as well as the process of the disease and the patient’s condition changes,the treatment is differentiated.
