complications or adverse reactions after the intervention with data mining technology and methods,and explore the use rules of drugs,And based on network pharmacology,explore the possible target and pathway of Dachaihu Decoction in the treatment of TACE postoperative embolism syndrome of liver cancer,so as to provide theoretical support for clinical rational prescription and experimental research.Material and method:1.Collect the literature on the treatment of liver cancer with traditional Chinese medicine and its complications or adverse reactions after intervention in recent 30 years from the establishment of China How Net database,Wanfang database and VIp database to August2021.Reasonably formulate the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,collect the literature according to the requirements,extract the formula compatibility and drug composition used in the selected literature,establish the corresponding complication or adverse reaction formula use database according to liver cancer and different intervention methods,and conduct the classic and timely treatment to explore the formula use law.Collect the literature containing probability in the literature for statistics,extract the probability information and the corresponding drugs used for statistics,analyze the drug use of probability,and explore the drug use rules and characteristics of liver cancer and its complications and adverse reactions after intervention,so as to guide clinical drug use.2.Using the method of network pharmacology to analyze the relevant targets and possible pathways of Dachaihu Decoction in the treatment of TACE postoperative embolism syndrome of liver cancer.Results:1.According to the search conditions,a total of 746 articles were retrieved,including 456 articles of CNKI,244 articles of Wanfang and 46 articles of VIP.Repeated literature,review literature,animal experiment literature and literature not mentioned in traditional Chinese medicine treatment were screened out.A total of 128 articles were included,including 91 articles of grade II,6 articles of grade III and 31 articles of grade V.A total of 119 prescriptions were involved,including 108 prescriptions of addition and subtraction of classic prescriptions and time prescriptions.Among them,45 involve the economic side and 63 involve the time side.The adverse reactions and complications involved include: embolism syndrome,gastrointestinal reaction,liver function injury,ascites,cancer pain,bone marrow suppression and so on.There were 23 literatures on the treatment of advanced liver cancer: there were 13 literatures focusing on pain relief(3 in grade II,3 in grade III and 7 in grade V),of which 5 / 13 mentioned the effective rate,the number of cases was 398,and the effective rate of pain relief was 78%-88.46%.One mentioned that the NRS pain score was lower than that of the control grou p,P< 0.05,and the other 7 / 13 were cases.The results reported that the pain symptoms were improved.There are 6 classical prescriptions including rhubarb,bupleurum and Pinellia ternata,3 Heshi prescriptions,bupleurum Shugan powder,Xiaoyao Powder and Jinlingzi powder;There are 8 literatures focusing on relieving ascites(1 in grade II and 7 in grade V),of which 1 / 8 mentioned the effective rate,the number of cases is 40,and the effective rate is70%,and the other 7 / 8 were cases.The results reported that the symptoms were improved,involving 3 classic prescriptions such as Pinellia ternata and cassia twigs and 4 seasonal prescriptions,including Sijunzi Decoction,Chaihu Shugan powder,Shenling Baizhu powder and Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction.There is one literature mainly for the treatment of hepatic encephalopathy,which is a grade III literature.The number of cases is 38.The cure effective rate of hepatic encephalopathy is92.1%,involving the Jingfang Dachengqi decoction.There is one literature mainly for the treatment of depression,which is a V-level literature,involving the classic formula Chaihu keel oyster decoction.The results reported that the symptoms were improved.There are 20 literatures on the treatment of embolism syndrome(grade II 20),of which 8mentioned the effective rate,the number of cases is 744,and the remission effective rate of embolism syndrome is 77.4%-91.43%.The other 12 mentioned the difference in the rating of symptom duration or symptom severity between the treatment group and the control group,P < 0.05,which is statistically significant,and the number of cases is 755.There are 7classical prescriptions and 8 seasonal prescriptions involving Chaihu and Guizhi,including Longdan Xiegan decoction,Chaihu Shugan powder,Wendan Decoction,Xiaoyao Powder.There were 38 articles on the treatment of liver function injury(37 articles in grade II and 1article in grade III),of which 17 mentioned the effective rate,the number of cases was 1227,and the effective rate of liver function injury relief was 65%-96.77%.The other 21 mentioned the difference between ALT and AST between the treatment group and the control group,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant,and the number of cases was 1565.There are 4 classical prescriptions and 17 seasonal prescriptions involving Bupleurum and rhubarb,including Shengyu decoction,Gexia Zhuyu Decoction,Huangqi Sijunzi Decoction,etc.There were 20 articles on the treatment of gastrointestinal reactions(13 articles in grade II and7 articles in grade V),of which 8 mentioned the effective rate,the number of cases was 626,and the effective rate of gastrointestinal reaction relief was 60%-90%.5 mentioned that the symptoms were improved compared with the control group,P < 0.05,the number of cases was 336,and the other 7 were cases.The results reported that the symptoms were improved.There are 5 prescriptions of rhubarb and Bupleurum and 9 prescriptions of time,including Sijunzi Decoction,Danggui Buxue Decoction,bupleurum Shugan powder,Erchen decoction.There are 20 literatures on the treatment of bone marrow suppression(grade II 20),of which 6mentioned the effective rate,the number of cases is 402,and the remission effective rate of bone marrow suppression is 60%-86%.The other 14 mentioned the difference between the treatment group and the control group in CD3,CD4,CD4 / CD8,NK and other indexes,P <0.05,which is statistically significant,and the number of cases is 1000.There are 2 rhubarb scriptures and 12 Shifang,including Xiaoyao Powder,Danggui Buxue Decoction,Shengyu decoction,etc.There are 4 literatures cases.The results reported that the symptoms were improved.There are 4 prescriptions involved,including 2 Classical Prescriptions such as Xiaochaihu Decoction and Alisma orientalis Decoction and 2 Seasonal prescriptions,including Qimai Dihuang pill and Sijunzi Decoction.There were 2 articles on the treatment of postoperative jaundice(1 article in grade II and 1article in grade V),1 article related to Jingfang Yinchenhao Decoction,the number of cases was 102,and the effective rate of jaundice recovery was 78.9%.The other one related to Jingfang Wuling powder and Yinchenhao Decoction,which were cases.The results reported that the symptoms of jaundice were improved.There are 5 literatures on diarrhea after targeted treatment(3 in grade II and 2 in grade V),of which 3 mentioned the effective rate,the number of cases was 141,the effective rate of diarrhea relief was 83.3%-93.3%,and the other 2 were cases.The results reported that the symptoms were improved.There are five prescriptions involved,including Huangqin decoction,Alisma Decoction and Wuling powder,and Fu Tu Dan and Si Junzi decoction.There were 4 literatures on skin rash after targeted treatment(2 in grade II and 2 in grade V).2 mentioned that there was a difference in the grade of adverse reactions between the treatment group and the control group,P < 0.05,which was statistically significant.The number of cases was 120,and the other 2 were cases.The results reported that the symptoms were improved.Four prescriptions are involved,including the classic prescription Sini Powder and licorice stool,convulsions,soreness and weakness of waist and knee,spontaneous sweating and delirium.There are 27 literatures on the possibility of pain in liver cancer and its complications or adverse reactions after intervention,of which 19 traditional Chinese medicines are used,with a total frequency of 70 times.The selected drugs are mainly drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and regulating qi.The drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis are used 36 times,and the drugs for regulating Qi are used 17 times.The commonly added drugs are by using the method of network pharmacology.pp I network diagram shows that AKT1,VEGFA,IL1 B,Tp53,p TGS2,MMp9,CASp3,Jun,EGF and HIF1 A are the most connected targets.Through screening the core components,quercetin,luteolin,wogonin β-The active components such as sitosterol,baicalein and kaempferol have great correlation with potential targets.The results of go analysis showed that a total of 1828 entries were obtained,which were enriched to 1714 biological processes;Enriched to 38 cell components;Totally 76 molecular functions were enriched.After 58 common targets were run in R language,a total of 156 KEGG pathways were obtained.Conclusion:1.In the treatment of liver cancer,classical prescriptions mainly composed of bupleurum,rhubarb and cassia twigs can be applied,such as Xiaochaihu Decoction and Bupleurum cassia twig dry ginger decoction;Xiayuxue Decoction,Yinchenhao Decoction,Dachengqi Decoction;Wuling powder,etc.And the prescription mainly for soothing the liver and removing dampness,such as Xiaoyao powder and Chaihu Shugan powder;Shenling Baizhu powder,Wupi drink,etc.2.In the treatment of TACE postoperative embolism syndrome,we can apply the classic prescriptions mainly composed of bupleurum,rhubarb and gypsum,for example;Dachaihu Decoction and Xiaochaihu Decoction;Rhubarb Zhezhuang pill;White ginseng soup.As well as the prescription that mainly focuses on soothing the liver and purging one by one,such as Longdan Xiegan Decoction and Chaihu Shugan powder;Gexia Zhuyu Decoction,Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction,etc.In case of liver function injury after treatment intervention,classical prescriptions mainly composed of bupleurum,rhubarb and Astragalus can be applied,such as Sini powder and Xiaochaihu Decoction;Xiaochengqi Decoction;Buzhong Yiqi Decoction,etc.And the prescriptions mainly for tonifying and soothing the liver,such as Sijunzi Decoction and Shengyu Decoction;Xiaoyao powder,etc.In case of digestive tract reaction after treatment intervention,the classic prescriptions dominated by rhubarb,bupleurum and pinellia ternata can be applied,such as rhubarb Zhezhuang pill and Xiaochengqi Decoction;Sinisan;Xiaobanxia soup,etc.And the prescription mainly composed of liver soothing,dampness removing and tonifying prescriptions,such as Chaihu Shugan powder;Zhuling decoction,Erchen decoction;Sijunzi soup,etc.In case of bone marrow suppression after treatment intervention,the classical prescriptions dominated by rhubarb can be applied,such as rhubarb Zhezhuang pill,Xiaochengqi decoction,etc.And the prescription based on tonic prescriptions,such as Sijunzi Decoction,angelica Buxue Decoction,etc.In case of pain after treatment intervention,classic prescriptions dominated by Bupleurum can be applied,such as Xiaochaihu Decoction.In the treatment of jaundice after operation,we can apply the classic prescriptions dominated by rhubarb,such as Yinchenhao Decoction.When diarrhea occurs after targeted treatment,the classic prescriptions mainly based on cassia twigs can be applied,such as Wuling powder,Zexie decoction,Huangqin Decoction and so on.When skin rash occurs after targeted treatment,Chaihu formula Sini powder,Shugan formula Chaihu Shugan powder and Siwu Xiaofeng powder can be used.3.Among the classical and current prescriptions involved in this study,Sijunzi Decoction,Shengyu decoction,angelica often used as basic prescriptions to treat ascites,diarrhea and other complications or adverse reactions caused by abnormal body fluid metabolism.Rhubarb formula and Xie Zhushi formula can also be used as the basic formula to add or subtract the complications or adverse reactions after treatment intervention.4.When the liver cancer and its complications or adverse reactions after intervention have pain probability,the drugs selected are mainly drugs for promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis and drugs for regulating qi,and drugs are often added;Corydalis Corydalis,tulip,neem
