Based On Data Mining Technology, This Paper Discusses The Medication Experience Of Li Shengyue, A Well-known Chinese Doctor, In Treating Chronic Simple Rhinitis

Objectives:Firstly,we mainly use traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary system software to generally and partially dig up the prescription of professor Shengyue Li treating chronic simple rhinitis and come up with the Li Laoshi’s medication rule as well as empirical prescription of major syndromes treatment.Secondly,we continue to observe the empirical prescription’s clinical effect to the chronic simple rhinitis.Method:1.Digging up Professor Li Shengyue’s medication experience of stuffy nose:Firstly we overally dig up and utilize data input and data processing method of traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance auxiliary system software to conduct digging up study on Li Laoshi’s 200 outpatient prescription of chronic simple rhinitis.The data digging up methods include frequency-based statistic method and association rules.After statistic summary of frequency and medication association of the medicine for the disease,we initially obtain the common medication combination and the new spare medication combination of Lilaoshi’s treatment of the disease.Then,by analyzing stuffy nose disease syndrome through the system,we get the main stuffy nose disease syndrome.By digging up the core medicine of the syndrome and analyzing conventional dosage of each medicine of the core medication,we extract empirical prescription if Lilaoshi’s dialectical treatment of the syndrome.2.Clinical effect observation of the empirical prescription:Offer Lilaoshi’s empirical method treatment for two weeks to 30 cases of chronic simple rhinitis patients collected by outpatient department.By evaluating the symptoms and physical symptoms 2 weeks after treatment and pre-treatment,we come up with treatment efficiency of the empirical prescription.Result:The first part:the Result of digging up Professor Li Shengyue’s medication experience of stuffy nose:(1)Analysis of disease type:Most of the disease type is Lung meridian heat accounting for 65%.The rest are minorities including asthenia of pulmonosplenic,damp heat phlegm retention,Yin deficiency and damp heat,Qi deficiency inclusions wind heat,hyperactivity of fire due to yin deficiency,Tan Qi stasis,Qi deficiency and phlegm accumulation,deficiency of both vital energy and yin,Yin deficiency and wind heat,Yin deficiency and qi stagnation,Phlegm heat accumulation.(2)The top ten high to low appearing frequency rank of the medicines:Patrinia,magnoliae,angelica,mint,rhizome acori graminei,cordate houttuynia,ligusticum wallichii,dandelion,purple flower and platycodon grandiflorum.(3)Analysis of four properties,five tastes and meridian of the medication:The medicinal properties of the medication used are mainly are cold-natured,warm-natured,mild-natured,pungent-natured,bitter-natured,and sweet-natured.Medication in the Lung,Liver,Stomach,Heart,Spleen,Small intestine meridian are most commonly used among the twelve meridians and collaterals.(4)The top ten high frequency appearing medicine combination are:Patrinia-magnoliae,ligusticum wallichii-Patrinia,mint-magnoliae,angelica-patrinia-magnoliae,angelica-mint,Patrinia-mint-magnoliae,angelica-patrinia-mint,angelica-mint-magnoliae.(5)Totally extract 11 new medication combination:①radices saussureae,corydalis,fructus viticis,grifola,rhizome gastrodiae;② dried tangerine or orange peel,rhizome pinellinae praeparata,poria cocos,rhizome gastrodiae;③ forsythia,lonicera confuse DC.,fructus arctii,the root of bidentate achyranthes ④lilyturf root.,figwort,herba cistanches,the root of straight ladybell,folium mori,polygonatum,semen dolichoris ⑤ almond,loquat leaf,Chinese bellflower,semen coicis,bombyx batryticatus.⑥ medicated leaven,fructus amomi,malt,pangolin scales,endothelium comeum gigeriae galli ⑦eclipta alba,madder,herba cepbalanoplosis segeti,hairyvein agrimony⑧curcuma zedoary,semen brassicae,semen raphani,perillae ⑨ caulis polygoni multiflori,semen ziziphi spinosae,cortex albizziae,semen boitae ⑩ radix stemonae,flos Laoshi’s treatment of(chronic rhinitis):patrinia 30g,cordate houttuynia 30g,honeysuckle log,dandelion 20g,purple flower 20g,mother chrysanthemum 10g,semen coicis 30g,magnoliae 6g,pangolin scales 6g,spina gleditsiae 10g,angelica 6g,asarum 3g,ligusticum wallichii 6g,mint 6g,rhizome acori graminei 6g,rhizome pinellinae praeparata 9g,Chinese bellflower 10g,periostracum cicadae 6g.The second part:The results of clinical effect observation of the digged out empirical prescription:Comparing the symptom score of chronic simple rhinitis patients before and after treatment,we found that the symptom score obviously reduced after the treatment with general treatment efficiency of 87.5%.The comparison between pre-treatment and post-treatment has statistic significance.(P<0.01)。Conclusion:1.In perspective of etiology and pathogenesis about chronic rhinitis,Li Laoshi considers deficiency in origin(deficiency of lung and spleen)as the internal cause and Wind Evil,phlegm turbidity,damp evil and heat evil as the inducement.2.The medication characteristics of Li Laoshi treating chronic rhinitis:aromatically dissipate evil throughout treatment,combine frigotherapy and pyretotherapy;use attack supplementation to reach treatment rousing;rhinopathy mainly related to lung treatment;worthwhile to study the new combination.3.The digged-out empirical prescription has good clinical effects to chronic simple rhinitis.
