| Purpose: The "Questionnaire on the Occupational Status and Training Demands of Postpartum Rehabilitation Practitioners",which is suitable for Liaoning Province,describes the occupational status and training needs of postpartum rehabilitation practitioners in Liaoning Province,discusses the existing problems in the postpartum rehabilitation industry and proposes intervention countermeasures.Research objects and methods: This study used In this study,the literature review method and the expert Delphi method were used to compile the "Questionnaire on the Occupational Status and Training Demands of Postpartum Rehabilitation Practitioners";30postpartum rehabilitation practitioners were selected for pre-investigation by the convenience sampling method;170 postpartum rehabilitation practitioners were selected according to the stratified sampling principle.Postpartum rehabilitation practitioners who met the inclusion criteria were selected as the research objects to carry out a questionnaire survey,and SPSS19.0 statistical software was used to describe the general data to analyze the occupational status and training needs of postpartum rehabilitation practitioners,and to formulate intervention strategies based on the results of the questionnaire.Results:1.Delphi expert consultation resultsIn both rounds of expert consultation,14 questionnaires were distributed and 14 questionnaires were recovered.The effective recovery rate was 100%,indicating that the positive coefficient of experts was high;the authoritative coefficients of experts in the first and second rounds were 0.86 and 0.89,respectively.The reliability is good;the mean range of the second round index importance is between 4.5 and 5.0 > 3.5,and the coefficient of variation is between 0 and 0.11 < 0.25,showing high coordination and consistency;content validity finally determines postpartum rehabilitation The questionnaire on occupational status and training needs of practitioners includes 3 dimensions and 44 items.2.Questionnaire survey results(1)General demographic data: 91.7% of the research subjects were female and 8.2%were male;56% were aged 35-40,and 41% were over 40;54.1% had worked for more than 8years;70% had reproductive experience,30% have no reproductive experience;education level is junior high school and below(49.4%),high school / technical secondary school(37%),college(10%),undergraduate and above(2.8%);the salary of production and health teachers is between 5,000 and 8,000 yuan Only 52.9% of the employees have medical professional backgrounds such as clinical and nursing,and only 10% are employed.(2)Occupational status of postpartum rehabilitation practitioners: The results of the questionnaire survey showed that only 16.4% of the practitioners were employed in medical and health institutions,and 69.41% of them encountered problems at work and chose to rely on experience to solve them.The average daily work of more than 12 hours accounted for55.2% %;86.4% have low occupational recognition,66.4% of the employees feel that it is difficult to work,and 54.70% of them think that lack of professional ability has become an obstacle in their work,and 81.1% of employees with high pressure,of which 76.47%Practitioners believe that low business level is the main source of stress,and the percentage of job satisfaction satisfaction is 49.4%.(3)Status of training of postpartum rehabilitation practitioners: 93.5% have training experience and 6.47% have no training experience;63.65% of practitioners in training locations have received training in private institutions,and only 25% of practitioners have received training Training in schools and hospitals;56.2% of the practitioners believe that the trainer is not professional enough;66.2% of the practitioners believe that the training courses are of low practicality,and 78% of the practitioners have a training time of less than one month.(4)Training needs of postpartum rehabilitation practitioners: The three first-level indicators and 21 second-level indicators under the training demand dimension were all scored above 50%;the top five items with the highest scores were pelvic floor muscle repair treatment(3.94±0.24),postpartum breast problems(3.90±0.29),interpersonal communication(3.78±0.50),maternal depression(3.77±0.53),and relevant legal knowledge(3.76±0.54).The total score of postpartum rehabilitation personnel training demand was(72.22±10.71)points,and the overall demand rate was 62.49%.The first-level indicator with the highest demand rate was postpartum rehabilitation professional knowledge and skills(65.8%).Conclusion:The survey of this research shows that the postpartum rehabilitation practitioners in Liaoning Province have poor qualifications,long working hours,low professional recognition,difficult work,high work pressure,general job satisfaction,and lack of professional ability.The main obstacle to work difficulties,the low level of business is the main source of work pressure;the training is too formal,the professionalism of the teachers is low,the practicality of the training courses is poor,and the training time is short.The overall professional quality of postpartum rehabilitation practitioners is low,the postpartum rehabilitation training courses cannot match the needs of postpartum rehabilitation training,and the postpartum rehabilitation industry lacks norms.It is suggested that relevant government departments should accelerate the postpartum rehabilitation industry service certification,standardize the qualifications of practitioners,and establish a top-three hospital to help Mechanism to carry out standardized training,strengthen the team building of postpartum rehabilitation practitioners,and further promote the healthy and sustainable development of the postpartum rehabilitation industry. |
