Purpose:To summarize the clinical characteristics of breast cancer complicated with hyperlipidemia and the distribution of TCM syndrome types, analyze the related factors, and summarize the use of Chinese herbal decoction pieces,so as to provide reference for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of breast cancer complicated with hyperlipidemia.Material and method:From January 1,2019 to June 1,2021,inpatient cases of breast cancer complicated with hyperlipidemia were selected from the patients in the Oncology Department of the Inpatient Department of the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine.,108 cases meeting the conditions of this study were included, and the general information,TCM symptoms, tongue and pulse, age, history of chemotherapy, history of endocrine therapy and the use of TCM decoction pieces were collected and the frequency was counted.TCM syndrome types were analyzed using k-means clustering, and the correlation analysis between syndrome types and various indicators was performed using chi-square test and variance analysis.Results:1.The TCM syndrome types of 108 breast cancer patients with hyperlipidemia were summarized by cluster analysis into four types: spleen deficiency and dampness, liver and kidney yin deficiency, liver stagnation and qi stagnation, and qi and blood deficiency. The proportion is the largest, and the proportion of Qi and blood deficiency is the smallest.2.Age,history of endocrine therapy and TCM syndrome types(P<0.05),chemotherapy history, breast cancer course and distribution of TCM syndrome types(P>0.05).3.The frequency of Chinese herbal decoction pieces taken by 86 patients was analyzed, and the frequency of use was: 74 times of Zhigancao,66 times of Taizishen,63 times of Coix seed,61 times of Banzhilian,58 times of Poria,58 times of Bupleurum 57 times,Atractylodes55 times,Hedyotis diffusa 54 times,Pinellia 53 times,Tuckahoe 51 times,Scutellaria baicalensis 50 times,Chenpi 48 times,Oyster 48 times,Curcuma curcuma 47 times,Zhebei43 times,Gualou 43 times,Keel 42 times,Polygala 40 times,Bamboo Ru 39 times,Knotweed 38 times,Hawthorn 37 times,Yam 35 times,Dan Nanxing 34 times,Amomum glutinosa 34 times,Scrophulariaceae 32 times,Divine Comedy 31 times,Malt 31 times,Pig28 times,Baishao 27 times,Alisma 27 times,Rehmannia glutinosa 26 times,Achyranthes 26 times,Astragalus 23 times,Corydalis 21 times,Solanum nigrum 20 times,Muxiang 19 times,Angelica 17 times,Turtle Jia 16 times,Chicken Neijin 15 times, almond 15 times.Conclusion:1.Breast cancer patients with hyperlipidemia are mainly due to deficiency symptoms, most of the lesions are in the liver and spleen, and spleen deficiency and liver stagnation are more common.2.Age and history of endocrine therapy have certain influence on the distribution of TCM syndrome types.3.The drugs for breast cancer complicated with hyperlipidemia are mainly based on strengthening the body, supplemented by eliminating pathogenic factors, among which traditional Chinese medicines for strengthening the spleen and removing dampness account for the largest proportion.
