Study On The Prescription And Syndrome Of Wuzhuyu Decoctio

Purpose: The main purpose of this paper is to take the Wuzhuyu decoction related to the treatise of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases and Synopsis of Golden Chamber as the theoretical basis,combine the interpretation and innovative application of later doctors,and count the data of modern clinical cases,so as to explore the syndrome differentiation and the application category of diseases.Material and method:In the first part,based on the Song edition of Treatise on Cold Pathogenic Diseases and Synopsis of Golden Chamber,the provisions related to the soup syndrome are collected in the two books,combined with the notes of doctors of later generations.In this paper,the etiology,pathogenesis,main symptoms,location,prescription,similar prescription and controversial issues of Wuzhuyu decoction were analyzed.In the second part,the author collected the records of clinical experience in the use of Wuzhuyu decoction in later medical books,such as Qianjin Yaofang,Waitai Miyao and Shengji Zonglu,and then summarized the inheritance,development and innovative application of the prescription.In the third part,the modern clinical cases of Wuzhuyu decoction were screened and processed by modern statistical methods.Through searching the medical cases related to Wuzhuyu decoction in the database of CNKI,Wan Fang and VIP from 1990 to October 2021,selected the cases that met the standards,and standardized the contents stated in the classification,created the statistical data of the Microsoft Access database,and carried out statistical analysis on the information such as TCM disease name,Western medicine disease name,symptoms,tongue image,pulse image and drug dosage,in order to clarify the key points of clinical syndrome differentiation and medication rules of Wu Zhuyu decoction in modern clinical practice.Results:Through the discussion of the theory,the following results can be obtained: the pathogenesis of the soup includes Deficiency cold syndrome of Yangming,Cold syndrome of Jueyin and Deficiency cold syndrome of Shaoyin.The main symptoms of Wuzhuyu decoction syndrome is vomiting,headache,upset,limbs fear of cold,diarrhea and chest oppression.The main location of Wuzhuyu decoction syndrome involves the liver,spleen and stomach,heart and kidney,head,hand and foot,and diaphragm.Wuzhuyu has the effect of warming yang for dispelling cold and regulating the stomach for loweing adverse qi,Ginger can enhance the efficacy of wuzhuyu,Ginger has the effect of invigorating spleen and replenishing qi,Jujube has the effect of moderating the property of herbs.Wuzhuyu decoction can be used for the treatment of diseases such as long cold chest and full,women’s irregular menstruation,hernia and so on.External juice can treat insect and snake bite,and internal service can have the effect of softening the bone lump.Of the 103 cases included,according to the frequency statistics and the analysis of the golden segmentation method,the clinical symptoms were mainly headache,salivation,vomiting,fatigue,dizziness,loss of appetite,warm limbs,cold stomach,nausea,thin stools,dizziness,sleepless,light-colored tongue with white,sunken and wiry pulse.The specific TCM certificate type includes Deficiency cold syndrome of Liver and Stomach,Cold syndrome of Jueyin and Deficiency cold syndrome of Spleen.Chinese medicine disease distribution is mainly hepatobiliary disease and spleen and stomach disease,specifically including headache,vomiting,dizziness,stomachache,diarrhea.Western diseases mainly involve nervous system diseases and digestive system diseases,including acute and chronic gastritis,Meniere’s syndrome,nervous vomiting,hypertension.Commonused drugs are mainly wuzhuyu,jujube,ginger,codonopsis pilosula,ginseng,pinellia.Conclusion:1.Wuzhuyu decoction is mainly used for the treatment of deficiency-cold of the liver and stomach diseases.The main symptoms of Wuzhuyu decoction: headache,vomiting or mouth saliva,fatigue,dizziness,loss of appetite,burning limbs,light-colored tongue with a white,sunken and wiry pulse.2.The commonly used formulas for Wuzhuyu decoction are wuzhuyu,ginger,ginseng,and jujube.Wuzhuyu decoction: Wuzhuyu15 g,Jujube 7pieces,Ginseng 10 g,Codonopsis Pilosula18 g,Red Ginseng 9g,Radix Pseudostellariae 12 g,Ginger 16 g,Zingiberis Rhizoma 9g.3.In modern clinics,traditional Chinese medicine makes the use of Wuzhuyu decoction to treat spleen and stomach diseases and liver and gallbladder diseases.Specific conditions include vomiting,stomach pain,headache and dizziness.The specific TCM certificate type includes Deficiency cold syndrome of Liver and Stomach,Cold syndrome of Jueyin and Deficiency cold syndrome of Spleen.Corresponding western medicine diseases are mainly nervous system diseases and digestive system diseases,such as Menil’s syndrome and nerve vomiting of deficiency cold syndrome of Liver and Stomach,gastritis of deficiency cold syndrome of Spleen and hypertension of cold syndrome of Jueyin,wuzhuyu decoction have good treatment effect on the above diseases.
