The Study Of Dachaihu Decoction Prescription Syndrome And Clinical Usage Based On Mathematical Statistics And Data Mining

Objective:In this study,we used the clinical research report on Dachaihu Decoction which published in scientific journals for the past 10 years.Through the inclusion and exclusion criteria,we established the relevant database on the basis of standard symptom and dose,and through the treatment of its symptoms,dosage and all kinds of disease symptoms which treated by Dachaihu Decoction for statistical analysis,concluded during this 10 years of clinical treatment of patients with Dachaihu Decoction treatment of prescription,given the objective conclusion,with its better for clinical use.Methods:The content of this thesis is the main object of clinical research on the clinical application of Dachaihu Decoction for the past 10 years.In the course of the study,in order to obtain the completeness of the data,all the literatures related to Dachaihu Decoction from 1st January,2006 until 31th December,2015 were published in China Knowledge Resource Integrated Database(CNKI),published publicly Medical Journal of Dachaihu Decoction class of clinical and case reports and other medical records.In the literature search,the keywords were used as "Da Chai Hu Tang","Fang Zheng" and "Tang Yao",and compared with the search results in the full-text database of Chinese Science and Technology Periodicals to avoid the recorded data Repeatability,and the individual database to find the existence of differences,prevention is not complete.Data collection items include medical records,gender,TCM name,Western medicine name,symptoms,pulse,tongue,prescription,etc.,for the Dachaihu Tang from 2006 to 2015,retrospective summary,while the clinical adaptation of the disease Make an objective analysis.Results:In this study,a total of 167 articles were included in the literature.There were 256 cases of medical records,and there was no significant difference in gender ratio.Clinical application of Dachaihu Decoction treatment of western medicine are mainly cholecystitis and cholelithiasis,cholecystitis,acute pancreatitis,gastritis,cholelithiasis,fever,tumor surgery,hypertension and acute appendicitis 9 diseases,more than other internal medicine disease(frequency less than or equal to 3).Meanwhile we found that the digestive system in the liver and pancreas spleen disease accounted for the highest proportion of biliary tract disorders(cholecystitis and cholelithiasis,cholecystitis,acute pancreatitis and cholelithiasis)frequency of 43.1%,forahere is a dry stool of the core clinical manifestations,and the main clinical manifestations are bitter throat,nausea and vomiting,abdominal pain,abdominal distension,anorexia and chills fever 6.And clinical treatment of TCM syndromes,of which liver and gallbladder heat and Shaoyang Yangming combined disease as the main treatment of syndromes.Finally,in the composition of prescription,Bupleurum,Scutellaria,Citrus aurantium,rhubarb,Pinellia and white peony for the clinical treatment of traditional Chinese medicine Dachaihu Decoction,and ginger and jujube was the main herbs.Conclusion:Based on the analysis of the association rules of symptomatic research and symptom,the study found that the application of Dachaihu Decoction recipe in the evolution,but also reflects the disease awareness and treatment for further improvement,clinical evidence is no longer used.By the provisions of the framework,but with the disease changes and adapt to changes in the disease and change,also because of ancient medical records of medical records exist when the difference between ancient and modern language,the disease awareness and description methods are not the same,meanwhile in the clinical manifestations and the meaning to be expressed as a reference sign or confrontation.
