| ObjectiveTraditional Chinese medicine research of spiritual emotion has a long history.Many prescriptions in clinical treatment of anxiety disorder are cut off on the basis of the scriptures.This study aims to explore the six meridian syndrome rules of anxiety in the original text of the "Treatise on Febrile Diseases" and the clinical cross-sectional investigation and the experience of tutor to provide diagnosis and treatment ideas for anxiety in clinical.Method1 Literature researchCombing the original text describing anxiety-related diseases in "Treatise on Febrile Diseases",explore the difference and connection between the exogenous and internal diseases,and explore the mechanical treatment of anxiety disorders based on the broad perspective of the six meridian,so as to provide theoretical support for clinical discrimination and treatment of anxiety disorders.2 A clinical cross-sectional studyIncluded 232 cases of patients with anxiety from January 2022 to January 2023.Investigate the general data and TCM symptoms and signs.Put symptoms information into Lantern 5.0 hidden structure analysis software for symptom group classification,and interpret clinically meaningful symptoms by six meridian syndrome,and establish the syndrome differentiation rules for the original symptom data.Finally explore the characteristic information affecting the distribution of the syndrome,such as sex,age,etc.3 Tutor’s medication experience studyAccording to anxiety patients have more Jueyin syndromes,retrospective mining tutor’s medication experience on anxiety Jueyin syndrome.Included 156 cases from January 2019 to January 2021 whose main diagnosis were "anxiety"and "jue Yin syndrome".Analysis drug frequency,taste,classics,efficacy.Explore tutor medication core and general common rule by Chinese medicine complex network analysis software.Result1 Literature researchAnxiety-related symptoms and syndrome are described throughout the six meridian.Mental symptoms are described as "upset","manic","upset","chagrin" and so on.Physical symptoms include "palpitations","dry throat","cold and hot","vomiting"," abdominal distension" and so on.These symptoms happen after typhoid fever syndrome and mistreatment.The pathogenesis lies in sweating,vomiting and diarrhea,burning the needle,which cause Yang deficiency and heat transfer to Yangming;Or qi and blood deficiency,dysfunction of acting as a pivot,and ministerial fire up;Or the bias of Yin and Yang in the later stage of disease.There are differences between internal injury and external transmission,but they have six meridian syndrome in common.The theory of the six meridian system is based on the name,shape,use and image of viscera and meridians of three Yin and three Yang.And the response mode of human body shape and spirit against internal and external stimulation can be speculated from the perspective of the six meridian system.2 Clinical cross-sectional studyA total of 232 patients with anxiety disorders were included in this study,of which 60.7%were women and 39.2%were men.Women were more likely to have Jueyin syndrome than men.In terms of age distribution,the youngest patient is 15 years old,the oldest is 79 years old.The younger population are more likely to show Shaoyang syndrome,and the most anxiety patients are 45-59 years old,accounting for 33.6%.The common symptoms in anxiety patients have four categories:(1)symptom group I:irritability-upper-jiao symptom group,identified as Shaoyang syndrome,suitable for Xiao Chaihu Tang and Jiegeng Tang;(2)symptom groupⅡ:insomnia and stomach symptom group,identified as Taiyin syndrome,suitable for Xuanfu Daizhe Tang;(3)symptom groupⅢ:dispirited-cold group,identified as Shaoyin syndrome,suitable for Sini Tang;(4)symptom groupⅣ:depression-heart symptom group,identified as Jueyin syndrome,suitable for,Wumei Pill.There are also many cases of combination with Jueyin syndrome,and Jueyin is most closely related to the emotions.3 tutor medication experience:A total of 156 prescription data for anxiety disorder and Jueyin syndrome were included.A total of 154 traditional Chinese medicines were used.Herbs are mainly flat,warm and cold properties are the second;The taste of the herbs is mainly sweet,bitter taste is the second;Herbs are mainly return to the heart meridian,liver meridian,next is the spleen meridian,kidney meridian.The efficacy of the herbs are benefiting qi,clearing hot,promoting blood circulation and nourishing blood.Through the complex network analysis of traditional Chinese medicine,there are nine herbs in the core prescription of the treatment of anxiety disorder.To nourish Yin and clear hot,calm the mind are the main treatment methods,also include open the depression,and protect the middle-jiao,.It represents the core idea of tutor’s treatment concept of anxiety disorder.ConclusionIn the"Treatise on Febrile Diseases",the symptoms and syndrome related to anxiety are described throughout the six meridian.Clinically,patients with anxiety usually have irritability-upper-jiao symptom group(Shaoyang syndrome),insomnia and stomach symptom group(Taiyin syndrome),dispirited-cold symptom group(Shaoyin syndrome),and depression-heart symptom group(Jueyin syndrome).Jueyin is most closely related to the onset of emotions.The main treatment concept of anxiety disorder should be to nourish Yin and clear hot and calm the mind,and to open depression,and protect the middle-jiao. |
