Clinical Observation Of Postpartum Exhaust Soup In The Treatment Of Abdominal Distension After Cesarean Sectio

Methods:A total of 132 patients with Cesarean section in Daxing District Maternal and child health hospital from June to September 2019 who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria were randomly divided into Study Group(Postpartum Pai Qi Tang Group)and Control Group(Houpu Pai Qi Mixture Group,Si Mo Tang Group,Yiqi Tong Fu Tang group).Each group of patients with the corresponding treatment program,real-time monitoring and recording the relevant indicators,and then to evaluate the efficacy of treatment.During the whole course of treatment,the abnormal conditions can be monitored and controlled effectively,so as to ensure the scientific and effective results of the test.Results:(1)The recovery time of Bowel Sounds in Postpartum Pai Qi Tang Group was earlier than that in Houpu Pai Qi he JI group,Si Mo Tang Group and Yi Qi Tong Fu Tang group(2)The recovery time of exhaust and defecation of Postpartum Pai Qi Tang Group was significantly earlier than that of Houpu Pai Qi he JI group,Si Mo Tang Group and Yi Qi Tong Fu Tang group.(3)The abdominal distension score of Postpartum Pai Qi Tang Group was 0.4± 0.2,it was significantly superior to Houpu group(1.1 ± 0.7),Simotang group(1.2 ± 0.3)and Yiqi Tongfu decoction group(1.1 ± 0.5),the scores of abdominal distension before and after treatment were-1.1±0.4 in Postpartum pai-qi decoction group,which was also better than those in Houpu pai-qi and JI group(-0.3± 0.2),Simotang group(-0.2±0.5)and Yiqi Tong Fu decoction group(-0.4± 0.3)(4)The scores of gastrointestinal reaction in Postpartum Pai Qi decoction group were significantly better than those in Houpu Pai Qi Heji Group,Si Mo Tang Group and Yi Qi Tong Fu Tang group.At the same time,the difference of Gastrointestinal Reaction Scores of Postpartum pai-qi-tang group before and after treatment was better than those of Houpu pai-qi-he-ji Group,si-mo-tang Group and Yi-qi-tong-fu-tang Group,the mean value of Puerperal Pai Qi Tang Group was 72.6±7.3,which was significantly superior to Houpu Pai Qi Heji Group(44.6 ± 9.2),Simo Tang Group(46.2 ± 8.7)and Yiqi Tong Fu Tang group(44.9 ± 9.3).Conclusion:Puerperal Paiqi decoction can shorten the recovery time of rumbling after Cesarean section,promote the early discharge of gas,defecate,relieve abdominal pain and distension,reducing postoperative nausea,vomiting and other symptoms are better than Magnolia discharge and medicine,four grinding soup and Yiqi tongfu soup,clinical operation is simple and safe,worth promoting.And at present,the obstetricians in the hospital are mainly Western medicine doctors,considering that most Western medicine doctors can not achieve the differential classification of Chinese medicine,so the postpartum exhaust soup basically covers all the characteristics of postpartum diseases,and tries to find a better TCM treatment method without dialectical treatment based on the principle of holistic treatment,as a department agreement prescription,suitable for obstetric Western medicine doctors...
