To Observe The Clinical Efficacy Of Baoyang Yangxin Decoction In Treating Heart Failure And Retainnig Ejection (Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome) And Its Effect On TGF-β1 Level

Objective: To observe the effects of Baoyuan Yangxin Decoction on the symptoms and various indexes of patients with heart failure(Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis syndrome)with retained ejection fraction,and to discuss the effects of transforming growth factor-β1(TGF--β1)level from the perspective of inflammatory factors.Methods: 60 patients with ejection fraction retention heart failure(qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)were selected from the first outpatient department of cardiovascular disease in the First Affiliated Hospital of Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine.The patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group was given Baoyuan Yangxin Decoction combined with western medicine treatment,and the control group was given western medicine treatment.The observation period was 28 days.TCM symptom score,6-minute walking distance,echocardiography(E/e ’,LAVI)before and after treatment were observed and recorded.Serum levels of NT-proBNP and TGF-β1 were measured before and after treatment.Results:1.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: After treatment,both TCM syndrome scores and total scores of the two groups decreased.Compared with the control group,the scores of the treatment group decreased significantly,and the treatment effect was more obvious,the difference was statistically significant(p< 0.05).2.6-MWT comparison: the walking distance of both groups was prolonged;Compared with the control group,the walking distance of the treatment group was longer,and the difference was statistically significant(p< 0.05).3.Echo echocardiography(E/e ’,LAVI)comparison: E/e’and LAVI were decreased in both groups,and the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group(p< 0.05).4.Comparison of NT-proBNP and TGF-β1: the contents of NT-proBNP and TGF-β1were reduced to a certain extent in the two groups;Compared with the control group,the decrease was more obvious in the treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(p< 0.05).Conclusion:Baoyuan Yangxin Decoction can improve the heart failure symptoms and TCM syndrome of patients with ejection fraction retention heart failure(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome),prolong the 6-minute walking distance,and reduce the echocardiogram(E/e ’,LAVI)index.Baoyuan Yangxin Decoction can reduce the contents of serum NT-proBNP and TGF-β1 in patients with heart failure(Qi deficiency and blood stasis syndrome)with ejection fraction retained.
