| Objective:Under the guidance of the mentality of "harmony" and "smoothness" of Professor Jiang Lijuan,the subject is to take Yiqi Huatan Quyu and Shiwei Wendan Decoction as the treatment method,in order to study the clinical efficacy of Shiwei Wendan Decoction in treating chronic stable angina pectoris of qi phlegm and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:The 72 cases were selected from the Yunnan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine Professor Jiang Lijuan teacher out-patient and cardiology clinics and Panlong District Union community,January 1,2017 to January 1,2018 and met the inclusion criteria of Qi-deficiency phlegm and blood stasis of coronary heart disease with chronic stable angina case.,The subjects were divided into two groups by stratified randomized controlled study.The control group was western medicine group and the treatment group was Shiwei Wendan Decoction group.The two groups of patients in the general condition before treatment and the inspection indicators were not statistically significant.The changes of symptom scores,electrocardiogram changes,clinical efficacy,angina pectoris,and the withdrawal of nitroglycerin after 4weeks of treatment were observed in 2 groups of patients.Results:In the 72 patients,5 patients in the treatment group(rejected or shedding)and 7patients in the control group(rejected or shedding)were not included in the final study.The two groups of patients before the test data can be compared after the clinical study.1.After 4 weeks of treatment,the comprehensive effect comparison test group was markedly effective: 16 cases,effective: 14 cases,invalid: 1 case was 96.8%;effective in the control group: 6 cases,effective: 19 cases,invalid: 4 cases,the total efficiency of 86.2%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant.2.After 4 weeks of treatment,angina pectoris curative effect comparison,in the treatment group: 12 cases,effective: 15 cases,invalid: 4 cases total effective rate was87.1 %;Control group:5 cases,effective: 12 cases,invalid: 12 cases,the total effective rate of 58.6 %,the two groups were statistically significant difference(p < 0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.3.After 4 weeks of treatment,ECG curative effect comparison,in the treatment group:10 cases,effective:14 cases,ineffective:7 cases total effective rate of77.4 %;Control group: 5 cases,effective: 10 cases,invalid:14 cases,the total effective rate of 51.7 %,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p< 0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.4.After 4 weeks of treatment,the improvement rate of TCM symptoms in the treatment group was better than that in the control group(p < 0.05),indicating that the effect of modified Shiwei Wendan decoction on improving TCM symptoms was better than isosorbide mononitrate sustained-release tablets group.5.After 4 weeks of treatment,the rate of nitroglycerin reduction was compared,among which 11 cases were completely discontinued in the treatment group,16 cases were halved or more,and 4 cases remained unchanged.Total effective rate: 87.1 %;In the control group,5 cases were completely discontinued,more than half of them: 13 cases,unchanged: 11 cases;The total effective rate was 62.1 %,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(p < 0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.6.After 4 weeks of treatment,the two groups of patients with safety indicators were analyzed,such as blood routine,liver and kidney function,stool routine + OB,urine routine,etc.,the difference was not statistically significant.Conclusion:According to the mentality of "harmony and smoothness" of Professor Jiang Lijuan,the Shiwei Wendan decoction can treat patients with chronic stable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease to obtain the exact curative effect.It was significantly better at improving the clinical symptoms and reducing various related indicators(TCM symptom score comparison,angina pectoris,electrocardiogram curative effect,disabling of nitroglycerin,etc.).Test group was significantly better and no significant side effects in both groups. |
