Clinical Observation On The Therapeutic Effect Of Jiawei Zhisou Powder In The Treatment Of Cough Variant Asthma With Wind Evil Invading The Lung Syndrom

Objective:The purpose of this study is to systematically observe the clinical efficacy of Jiawei Zhicsou powder combined with basic western medicine in the treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA)with wind-pathogenic asthma in the lung syndrome,and to provide clinical basis for the treatment of CVA with wind-pathogenic asthma in the lung syndrome.Methods:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 outpatients in the Department of Respiratory Medicine of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine were screened and numbered.According to the random number table,60 patients were randomly divided into control group and treatment group.The control group was given budesonide and formoterol inhalation.The treatment group was given budesonide and formoterol inhalation combined with Jiawei Zhissou powder.The treatment course was 2 weeks after enrollment.The total effective rate,TCM symptom score,peripheral blood eosinophil count,and Leicester cough quality of Life questionnaire score were observed in the two groups.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age,gender and course of disease between the two groups(P>0.05).2.The total effective rate of the treatment group was 90.00%,the total effective rate of the control group was 63.33%,the total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,P<0.05,and had statistical significance.3.After treatment,the scores of symptoms and syndromes in the two groups were lower than those before treatment,and the improvement of scores in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.4.After treatment,the number of peripheral blood eosinophils in the two groups decreased compared with that before treatment,and the reduction of peripheral blood eosinophils in the treatment group was better than that in the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.5.After treatment,the scores of the Lecester cough quality of Life questionnaire in the two groups were higher than those before treatment,and the scores of the treatment group were better than those of the control group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:Jiawei Zhichou powder combined with basic treatment of western medicine is superior to simple basic treatment of western medicine in the improvement of symptoms,the decrease of peripheral blood eosinophil count and the increase of Leicester cough quality of life questionnaire score in cough variant asthma.
