Clinical Observation Of Fengyang Zhike Decoction In Treating CVA With Wind Evil Invasion Of Lung Syndrome

Objective:To investigate the mechanism of the disease In this study,we evaluated the clinical efficacy of Fengyang Zhike Decoction in the treatment of CVA with wind evil invading lung syndrome,and explored its possible mechanism of action,so as to provide theoretical basis for clinical application.Method:According to the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria,60 cases of CVA patients with wind evil invading lung syndrome were randomly divided into control group and experimental group,30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with montelukast sodium tablets,10 mg / tablet,1 tablet / time,1 time / day,oral every night before going to bed;the experimental group was treated with Fengyang Zhike decoction,2times / day,30 minutes warm after meals;the course of treatment was 4 weeks.Spss24.0system was used to compare the differences of serum total Ig E,peripheral blood EOS,Fe NO,FEV1% pred,PEF daytime variation rate,cough symptom score,TCM syndrome score between the two groups before and after treatment,and the correlation analysis between peripheral blood EOS and Fe NO.Result:1.There was no significant difference in gender,age,course of disease,serum total Ig E,peripheral blood EOS,Fe NO,FEV1% pred,PEF daytime variation rate,cough symptom score and TCM syndrome score between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05),indicating that the above data were comparable between the two groups before treatment.2.After treatment,there was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0.01);the total effective rate of the control group was 76.67%,and that of the experimental group was 93.33%.3.After treatment,TCM syndrome scores of the two groups decreased,and the improvement degree of TCM syndrome scores of the experimental group was better than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.01).4.The cough symptom scores of the two groups were decreased after treatment,and the cough symptom scores of the experimental group were decreased more than those of the control group after 2 weeks and 4 weeks of treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01).5.After treatment,FEV1% pred increased and PEF diurnal variation rate decreased in both groups.The increase of FEV1% pred and the decrease of PEF diurnal variation rate in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05).6.After treatment,the serum total Ig E,peripheral blood EOS and Fe NO in the two groups were decreased,and the decrease range of serum total Ig E,peripheral blood EOS and Fe NO in the experimental group was greater than that in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.01).7.Correlation analysis: the results showed that there was a positive correlation between the level of Fe NO and EOS(P < 0.05),and the correlation coefficient was 0.849.Conclusion1.The overall effect of Fengyang Zhike decoction combined with montelukast sodium tablets in the treatment of CVA with wind evil invading lung syndrome is significantly better than that of montelukast sodium tablets.It has better effect in improving cough,expectoration,dry throat and itching throat,and has faster effect in relieving cough symptoms,which can effectively improve the quality of life of patients.2.Fengyang Zhike decoction combined with montelukast sodium tablets in the treatment of CVA with wind evil invading lung syndrome has higher FEV1% pred increase,PEF daytime variation rate,peripheral blood EOS,serum total Ig E and Fe NO reduction than montelukast sodium tablets alone.The mechanism of improving clinical symptoms may be through relieving the spasm of smooth muscle of bronchi,reducing the generation and aggregation of airway inflammatory cells and inhibiting the release of inflammatory factors And so on.3.Fengyang Zhike Decoction in the treatment of CVA with wind evil invading the lung has a clear clinical effect.It has a good synergistic effect with montelukast sodium tablets,and has no obvious toxic and side effects in clinical application.It is safe and reliable,and provides more choices for clinical medication.
