Clinical Observation On The Efficacy Of Sanjie Xiaoliu Prescription In Treating Perimenopausal Syndrome Caused By Endocrine Therapy For Breast Cance

Objective: By observing Sanjie Xiaoliu prescription in the treatment of perimenopausal s yndrome caused by endocrine therapy of breast cancer,the improvement of symptoms int hree aspects of improved kupperman symptom score,traditional Chinese medicine sympto m score and KPS score,as well as its impact on blood routine,liver and kidney functio n and other safety indexes,To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of Sanjie Xiaoliu prescription in the treatment of breast cancer menopausal syndrome.Method: The 60 cases eligible for inclusion were randomized,Thirty cases in the control group were treated with endocrine therapy,and 30 cases in the treatment group were treated with Sanjie Xiaoliu prescription on the basis of endocrine therapy.After 2 months of treatment,the changes of kupperman symptom score,TCM symptom score,KPS score,blood routine,liver and kidney function and so on in the two groups were evaluated by statistical methods Carry on the analysis.Results: 1.Modified kupperman symptom score: In terms of total score improvement,t he treatment group showed significant improvement,P<0.01;The improvement of control group was not obvious,P>0.05;And the treatment group after treatment is significantly more advantageous than the control group after treatment,P<0.01.In the aspect of sympt om score improvement,compared between the two groups,the treatment group was signi ficantly better than the control group in the improvement of hot hot sweating,insomnia,e motional agitation,fatigue,depression,suspicion,bone and arthralgia,headache,P<0.05;Compared with the control group,the treatment group had no significant improvement in paresthesia,palpitation,skin ant sensation and urinary tract infection,P>0.05.In compari son between the two groups,the treatment group had a significant effect on improving h ot flushes,sweating,emotional agitation,insomnia,fatigue,P<0.01;In the improvement of depression doubting,bone and arthralgia,headache,P<0.05;It is not effective in impro ving paresthesia,palpitation,skin ant sensation and urinary tract infection.In the control group,there was no significant improvement in symptom scores after treatment,P> 0.05.2.TCM symptom score: In the comparison of clinical improvement rate of TCM symptom score,the clinical remission rate of the treatment group was 83.33%;The clinical remission rate of the control group was 16.67%.The treatment group was significantly better than the control group,P<0.01.In the comparison of the total score of TCM symptom,the treatment group had obvious effect,P<0.01.The effect of control group was not obvious,P>0.05.3.KPS score: In the comparison of the improvement rate of quality of life between the two groups,among the 30 patients in the treatment group,20 cases were stable,10 cases were improved,and 0 cases were decreased,the improvement rate of KPS was 30%;The control group of 30 patients were all stable.The improvement rate of KPS in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group,P<0.01.The KPS score of the two groups after treatment was compared,the improvement of the treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group,P<0.01.Comparison of KPS score before and after treatment showed that KPS score in treatment group could be significantly improved(P <0.1).Comparison of KPS score before and after treatment in control group showed no significant improvement in KPS score(P>0.05).Conclusion: The addition and reduction of Sanjie Xiaoliu prescription can effectively im prove the clinical symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome caused by endocrine therapy of breast cancer,improve the quality of life of this kind of patients,and thus improve the compliance of patients with endocrine therapy.Moreover,this treatment has no effect on blood routine,liver and kidney function,and is worthy of clinical application.
