Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Breast Cancer With Perimenopausal Syndrome During Endocrine Therapy By Enriching Water And Nourish Wood Prescription

Objective:In this study Enriching Water and Nourishing Wood Prescription was used to intervene in patients with perimenopausal syndrome during endocrine therapy for breast cancer.By observing patients with modified Kupperman Index symptom scores,TCM syndrome scores,kamofsky scores,quality of life scores,tumor markers,blood lipids and safety indicators,ect.to explore the characteristics and advantages of the method of enriching water and nourish wood in improving perimenopausal syndrome during endocrine therapy of breast cancer.Methods:The subjects included in this study were confirmed patients with hormone receptor-positive breast cancer.After receiving endocrine therapy,there were symptoms of perimenopausal syndrome,and 59 patients with syndrome differentiation of liver and kidney yin deficiency syndrome.They were randomly divided into control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=29).The control group was treated with aromatase inhibitor alone.The treatment group was treated with Enriching Water and Nourishing Wood prescription on the basis of the control group for 2 months.Observed and recorded modified kupperman symptom scores,TCM symptom scores,kamofsky scores,quality of life scores,tumor markers,blood lipids and safety indicators before and after treatment.The above data were statistically analyzed by using the SPASS22.0 statistical software.Results:1.Comparison of Modified Kupperman symptom score:After treatment the total score of modified Kupperman symptoms in the treatment group decreased,the difference was statistically(P<0.05),and there was statistically difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.05).2.Comparison of curative effect of TCM syndrome:After treatment,the treatment group was markedly effective in 2 cases,effective in 16 cases,ineffective in 11 cases,and the clinical remission rate was 62%;in the control group,0 cases were effective,4 cases were effective,26 cases were ineffective,and the clinical remission rate was 13%.The clinical remission rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).3.Comparison of physical status:After treatment,the KPS score of the treatment group was significantly higher than before,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01),and there was significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P<0.01).4.Comparison of quality of life:After treatment,the scores of each dimension and total scores of the treatment group were all increased,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).The scores of physiological status,emotional status,and additional attention points increased(P<0.01),family status,functional status scores increased(P<0.05)after treatment between the two groups,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).5.Comparison of tumor markers:After treatment,the levels of tumor markers CEA,CA153 and CA125 in the treatment group were slightly lower,but there was no not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups after treatment(P>0.05).6.Comparison of blood lipids:After treatment,the TC level of the treatment group decreased,the diflference was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the levels of TQ LDL-C and HDL-C were not statistically significant(P>0.05).There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).7.Safety comparison:There was no significant difference in blood routine and liver and kidney function between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Enriching Water and Nourishing Wood Prescription can reduce the adverse reactions of drugs in patients with perimenopausal syndrome during endocrine therapy,improve clinical symptoms,improve physical condition and the quality of life,stabilize tumor markers and blood lipid levels.The advantages are obvious,the curative effect is exact,and the safety is good.
