Literature Research On Acupuncture Treatment Of Depression And Analysis Of The Clinical Experience Of Professor Zhang Songxin

Purpose:This paper is divided into two parts,the first part is based on data mining technology,by sorting out the literature on the use of acupuncture in the treatment of depression(depression),and summarizing and summarizing the clinical acupoint selection and matching rules.The second part systematically sorts out the theoretical origin of Professor Zhang Songxing’s "Fuyang Depressant" acupuncture treatment for depression,that is,clinical experience,and summarizes his acupuncture treatment prescription and diagnosis and treatment ideas,in order to provide new ideas and methods for clinical treatment of depression.Materials and methods:1.Determine the search terms,formulate the search method,and search in CNKI,databases according to the search strategy.Three screenings were carried out in strict accordance with the criteria for inclusion to determine the included literature,and after standardizing the effective information of the literature,the literature and acupoint database of acupuncture for the treatment of depression were established.Excel,SPSS,Cytoscape series software were used to analyze and summarize the acupuncture rules for the treatment of depression.2.Through standardized training and visiting teachers,analyze and summarize clinical cases,figure out and comprehend the unique ideas and methods of acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of depression by our teacher’s "Fuyang Depressant" method,and summarize Professor Zhang Songxing’s experience in acupuncture and the treatment of depression.Results:1.Acupoint selection law results: a total of 128 acupoints were involved,with a total frequency of 1608 uses;The top 10 high-frequency acupoints are Baihui,Taichong,Yintang,Neiguan,Shenmen,Sanyin Jiao,Hegu,Si Shencong,Zusanli,and Liver Yu;The top 3 in terms of frequency of use in specific acupoints are Wuyin Point,Rendezvous Point,and Back Yu Point;The highest frequency of meridians where acupoints are used is the Du vein,followed by the foot solar bladder meridian;The location of the acupoint indicates that the head acupoint is used most frequently.2.Matching rules: The association rules and complex networks show that the most supported acupoint matching is Baihui-Tai Chong,and the most confident acupoint matching is Baihui-Neiguan-Yintang.Cluster analysis yielded three effective clustering groups: the first was Spleen Pishu-Shenshu-Ganshu-Xinshu-Guanyuan;The second category is the wind pool-large vertebrae-divine court;The third category is Danzhong-Jimen-Baihui-Yintang-Hegu-Taichong-Neiguan-Shenmen-Sanyinjiao-Zusanli.3.Summary of experience: Professor Zhang Songxing believes that depression is based on yang deficiency and stagnation as the target,of which stagnation includes stagnation caused by qi,blood,phlegm,dampness,food,etc.,and clinically uses pulse moxibustion with acupuncture treatment,and its acupuncture treatment has the following characteristics:(1)based on Yuanyang,focusing on Fuyang;(2)Tongyang relieves depression,does not leave the zhongjiao;(3)Acupuncture and moxibustion are used together,and specimens are taken into account.Conclusion:1.In the past ten years,the number of articles published in acupuncture for the treatment of depression has shown an increasing trend,which shows that the clinical significance of acupuncture in the treatment of depression has been paid attention to by more and more researchers.2.The results of the frequency of acupoint use showed that the Du pulse,foot solar bladder meridian and head acupoint played an important role in the treatment of depression;It may be related to the regulating Yang Qi of the Du Pulse,the foot solar bladder meridian and the head acupoints.3.The association rules extract the combination of two acupuncture points of Baihui-Taichong and Baihui-Neiguan-Yintang,which have the functions of Fuyang and relieve depression,harmonize qi and blood,and lift yang qi respectively;Cluster analysis showed that three effective cluster groups could be used to treat internal organs yin and yang imbalance and insufficient vitality depression,liver qi stagnation,and virtual and real inclusion depression.4.Professor Zhang Songxing believes that depression is based on yang deficiency and stagnation as the standard,and the treatment uses the "Fuyang to relieve depression" method,specifically with the combination of pulse moxibustion and acupuncture treatment,which has the following characteristics:(1)based on Yuanyang,focusing on Fuyang;(2)Tongyang relieves depression,does not leave the medium focus;(3)Acupuncture and moxibustion are used together,and specimens are taken into account.5.Professor Zhang Songxing’s clinical "Fuyang Depressant" acupuncture treatment for depression,which attaches importance to the supervision of the pulse and the foot solar bladder meridian,which is consistent with the research results of the literature;Compared with the acupuncture method,the use of pulse supervision and moxibustion method has better effect of warming and yang,and can also avoid the accident of acupuncture of the back acupoint.Experience is worth learning from.
