| Objective:To investigate the current situation of benefit finding of child-bearing age female patients with thyroid cancer, and to explore the influencing factors of benefit finding of child-bearing age female patients with thyroid cancer. Methods:This study was a cross-sectional survey.Convenient sampling method was used to select291 women with thyroid cancer of childbearing age who visited a tertiary A-level oncology specialty hospital in Liaoning Province from August 2021 to March 2022 as research objects. The general information questionnaire, the Chinese version of the Benefit Finding Scale(BFS),the Brief Illness Perception Questionnaire(BIPQ),the Chinese Version of Sence of Coherence-13(SQC-13)and the Distress Disclosure Index(DDI)were used as research tools to collect data.Excel was used for data entry,SPSS22.0 software was used for data statistical analysis, frequency and constituent ratio were used for counting data;mean ± standard deviation was used for measuring data meeting normal distribution; The difference sense of benefit finding among women with thyroid cancer of childbearing age with different sociodemographic characteristics and disease characteristics was analyzed by independent sample t-test and one-way ANOVA.The correlation between benefit finding and disease perception, sence of coherence, and distress disclosure was analyzed by Pearson correlation analysis;Multivariate linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influencing factors of the benefit finding of child-bearing age female patients with thyroid cancer.and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Results:1.The benefit finding score of female patients with thyroid cancer at childbearing age was(55.81±18.74).The six dimensions scores were: acceptance dimension(7.86±3.57),family relationship dimension(5.13±2.33),world outlook dimension(7.74±3.45),personal growth dimension(18.01 ± 7.07),social relationship dimension(7.57 ± 3.06),and health behavior dimension(9.50±3.53).2.The univariate analysis of this study showed that there were significant differences(P<0.05)in the scores of benefit finding among subjects of different ages, work conditions, residence, education level, per capita family income, incision scar, voice status, swallowing pain, and pathological classification.3.The correlation analysis of this study showed that the benefit finding of women with thyroid cancer at childbearing age was positively correlated with distress disclosure(P<0.05),positively correlated with Sence of Coherence(P<0.05),and negatively correlated with illness perception(P<0.05).4.The multiple linear stepwise regression analysis of this study shows that: the multiple stepwise linear regression analysis shows that the patient’s age, education level, illness perception, sence of coherence level, and distress disclosure level are important influencing factors for the sense of benefit finding, which can explain 46.4% of the total variation.Conclusion:1.Female patients with thyroid cancer at reproductive age have different degrees of benefit finding, and the overall level is low.Clinical medical staff should pay attention to it and try to improve benefit finding in female patients with thyroid cancer at reproductive age,so as to achieve a better health outcome.2.Age,education level, distress disclosure, sence of coherence and illness perception are the factors influencing the benefit finding in female thyroid cancer patients of childbearing age.Clinical medical staff can predict the benefit finding level of individual female patient with thyroid cancer at reproductive age by timely evaluating the factors above, then to construct corresponding intervention programs according to specific influencing factors,so as to achieve timely evaluation, accurate identification and early intervention. |
