Professor Lv Guanhua's Study On The Compatibility Rules Of Banxia Xiexin Decoction In Treating Gastrointestinal Disease

Purpose:By collecting the clinical cases of Professor Lu Guanhua’s application of Banxia Xiexin Decoction,this paper analyzes and summarizes the main symptoms,core pathogenesis,medication characteristics and clinical medication ideas of the tutor’s application of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases,and provides new ideas for the application of Banxia Xiexin Decoction.Method:The clinical medical records of Professor Lu Guanhua’s treatment of gastrointestinal diseases with Banxia Xiexin Decoction were collected,and suitable cases were screened out according to the admission criteria.The clinical data were entered into WPS Excel 2019 form,and the gender,age,symptoms,tongue pulse and prescription were standardized,and the frequency analysis and association rule analysis were carried out to study the clinical application and compatibility of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases.Fruiting:1.Basic information: Among the 176 selected medical records,106 were male,accounting for 60%,and 70 were female;The age is mainly distributed between 50 and 69 years old.2.Symptoms and signs: A total of 30 diseases are involved,among which the main diseases are belching,insomnia,irregular stool,fullness,heartburn,acid regurgitation,frequent defecation,epigastric pain,diarrhea,bitter taste,anorexia,bad breath and excessive suffocation;The common tongue manifestations are red,reddish and dark,and the tongue coating is mainly thin,white,greasy and yellow.The most common single pulse is chordal pulse,and the compound pulse is chordal pulse.3.Drugs: The common dosage of the original prescription is 10 g Pinellia ternata,10 g Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,6g Coptidis Rhizoma,20 g Codonopsis pilosula,10 g Zingiberis Rhizoma,10 g Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata and 15 g Jujube.Except for the original seven drugs of Banxia Xiexin Decoction,the most frequently used drugs are tangerine peel,radix aucklandiae,magnolia officinalis,Rhizoma Atractylodis and Poria,followed by fried malt,cuttlebone,Fritillaria thunbergii,perilla stem and so on.Conclusion:The core pathogenesis of Banxia Xiexin Decoction in the treatment of gastrointestinal diseases is related to the disorder of qi movement in which the spleen does not rise clear and the stomach does not fall turbid.In clinic,the tutor attaches importance to regulating qi and water,and makes good use of qi-regulating drugs and dampness-eliminating drugs.According to different pathological factors,such as deficiency,heat,cold,dampness and phlegm,it is good to combine different prescriptions for treatment.
