| Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of Guilu Erxian ointment on oligoasthenospermia of kidney deficiency syndrome and the safety of the drug.By comparing the sperm concentration before and after treatment,the percentage of forward motility sperm,the survival rate of sperm and the quantitative score of TCM syndromes,the effectiveness and safety of the treatment of oligoasthenospermia of kidney deficiency syndrome were evaluated,which provided a certain basis for the clinical application of the treatment of oligoasthenospermia.Methods:From June 2021 to December 2022,among the outpatients in the Department of Miscellaneous Diseases of Male Surgery,the First Affiliated Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine,60 patients with oligoasthenospermia of kidney deficiency syndrome who met the inclusion criteria were selected and divided into the test group and the control group according to the random number table.The patients in the test group were treated with Guilu Erxian Ointment,and the control group were treated with Wuzi Yanzong Soft Capsule for 90 days,Compare the efficacy indicators(sperm concentration,percentage of forward movement,survival rate)and traditional Chinese medicine syndrome quantification scores between two groups of patients before and after treatment.Use SPSS 25.0 statistical software to statistically analyze the clinical numbers of the two groups of patients and draw clinical observation conclusions.Results:A total of 60 patients completed a 3-month clinical study,and were followed up for 1 month.The statistical results showed that there was no statistically significant difference in disease course,age,and corresponding observation indicators between the two groups before tr e at ment(P>0.05),indicating comparability.2.Intragroup comparison:Routine analysis of semen between the two groups before treatment and 90 days after treatment showed statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The difference in TCM syndrome quantification scores between the two groups before treatment,60 days after treatment,90 days after treatment,and 30 days after discontinuation of medication was statistically significant(P<0.0 5).3.Inter group comparison:There was a statistically significant difference in semen routine analysis between the two groups after 90 days of treatment and 30 days after discontinuation of medication(P<0.05),and the experimental group was superior to the control group.Compared with the quantitative scoring of traditional Chinese medicine syndromes,there was a statistically significant difference(P<0.05)in the treatment of 60 days,90 days,and 30 days after discontinuation of the medication.The experimental group was superior to the control group,indicating that both the treatment plans of the experimental group and the control group had an improvement effect on traditional Chinese medicine syndromes of kidney deficiency syndrome with oligozoospermia and asthenozoospermia,but the experimental group had a better effect and a more lasting effect.4.Clinical total effective rate:The total effective rate of the experimental group was 86.7%,while the total effective rate of the control group was 70.0%,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05);It indicates that the experimental group has better therapeutic effects.5.Safety indicators:Neither group showed any abnormal increase in safety indicators after treatment. |
