| Purpose:By analyzing the combination of stinging meridian and stinging in the treatment of hepatic pyritis sudden deafness,this paper provides new ideas for the clinical treatment of hepatic pyrophoritis deafness.Material and method:In this study,60 patients who attended the Affiliated Hospital of Liaoning University of Chinese Medicine and the "Ming Yi" TCM Clinic from October 2020 to December 2022 were divided into 2 groups of 30 people in each group using random number table method,respectively,treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture,and the treatment group was treated with needle puncture and bloodletting under conventional acupuncture,both groups were acupuncture 3 times a week,1 course of 1 week,and 3 courses of continuous treatment.Before the start of treatment and after treatment,the patients were evaluated with tests such as the degree of hearing loss,tinnitus assessment grading,and vertigo assessment scale,and the treatment effect of the two groups of patients was observed,and the efficacy evaluation was carried out after treatment,and the data were statistically analyzed by SPSS 24.0 software.Results:1.In terms of age,duration of disease and sex of patients before the treatment intervention,there was no significant difference in data between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.There was no significant difference in the data of hearing threshold,degree of hearing loss,grade of tinnitus degree and vertigo score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05),which was comparable.3.Intra-group comparison: the grades of tinnitus,hearing loss and vertigo in the two groups after treatment were lower than before treatment.The hearing threshold was significantly better than before treatment,and the results met P<0.05,which was statistically significant.4.Comparison between groups: after treatment,the two groups had lower grades of tinnitus and hearing loss than the control group.In the comparison of hearing thresholds,the treatment group was better than the control group,and the results met P<0.05,which was statistically significant.5.Comparison of clinical efficacy: The total effective rate of the two groups of patients after clinical intervention was compared,the effective rate of the treatment group reached 86.20%,and the effective rate of the control group reached 68.97%,the difference between the two was statistically significant(P<0.05),and the efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:1.The combination of stinging meridians and stinging networks has a significant improvement effect on the clinical symptoms of hepatic fire inflammation sudden deafness.2.Compared with conventional acupuncture therapy,the method of prick bloodletting combined with conventional acupuncture can effectively improve the clinical accompanying symptoms of patients with sudden deafness of hepatic fire inflammation and improve the quality of patients after birth. |
