A Study On Ecological Justice In The Social Development Of Contemporary China

With the continuous improvement of the level of science and technology,economic and social development has been sustained.At the same time,the relationship between man and nature is becoming more and more tense,which leads to the ecological crisis.It poses a serious threat to the survival and development of mankind.People began to reflect on the root causes of the ecological crisis and explore the way to live in harmony between man and nature.At present,with the prominence of the relationship between man and nature,the issue of ecological justice in contemporary China has gradually attracted attention from all walks of life.Justice is the booster of social progress.Ecological justice is the justice of all mankind,which requires human beings to enjoy the right to use ecological resources equally and bear the corresponding responsibility for environmental protection.The realization of ecological justice is of far-reaching significance,which is an important direction for China to develop low-carbon economy and promote sustainable development,the ultimate goal of beautiful China and the construction of ecological civilization,and the direction of promoting the construction of a global ecological community with a shared future.In the process of the construction of ecological civilization in contemporary China,there are many problems of ecological injustice,mainly as follows: there are unequal opportunities for people in different times and even contemporaries to use and enjoy ecological resources;there are unequal ecological interests and ecological responsibilities among regions,urban and rural areas and social strata;due to the lack of cross-regional ecological compensation and the single subject participating in compensation,the imbalance of power and responsibility leads to the imbalance of ecological compensation.The reasons are as follows: first,it is rooted in the negative effects brought by China’s extensive mode of production and traditional development ideas;second,because the distribution system of ecological development achievements in our country is not perfect,the distribution mode and main body are unreasonable;third,there are factors such as imperfect ecological compensation mechanism.In order to promote the high-quality economic and social development of our country,we must take action to realize the ecological justice of China’s social development.To this end,first,we should implement the new concept of development and take an innovative,coordinated and green development road;second,we must adhere to the principle of justice of ecological distribution;third,we should constantly improve the ecological compensation system and ecological supervision system at all levels,construct a scientific ecological compensation mechanism,and expand the scope of ecological compensation.Fourth,it is necessary to strengthen international cooperation in ecological governance,form a global ecological consensus,strengthen global ecological governance cooperation,and further promote the construction of a global ecological community with a shared future,so as to gradually realize the value goal of ecological justice in China.
