The Influence Of Suzhou’s Natural Environment On The Color Of Modern Meticulous Figure Painting

China has a vast territory and a long history,thus giving birth to traditional culture,ethnic customs and natural scenery with Chinese characteristics.Different natural environments often create different aesthetic tastes and differences between regions.Artists grow up in different environments,so the artworks they create will inevitably be affected by regional cultural factors,so regional characteristics will also be reflected in modern meticulous figure paintings.This paper mainly focuses on the color style of meticulous figure painting in Suzhou area,and explores the influence of Suzhou’s natural environment and aesthetic characteristics on the color expression in meticulous figure painting.The main body of the thesis is divided into three chapters,which progressively explore the influence of the natural environment in Suzhou on the color expression of meticulous figure painting.The first chapter mainly introduces the natural environment and aesthetic characteristics of Suzhou and its influence on the color of Suzhou painting.The second chapter further explores the color style of Suzhou modern meticulous figure painting,first expounds the visual experience under the unique aesthetic concept of Suzhou,then further analyzes the expression form of its color,and finally analyzes the artistic style of the representative works of Suzhou modern painters.The last chapter mainly explores the inheritance and innovation of the color expression of Suzhou’s modern meticulous figure painting,and combined with my own creative experience,it further explains that Suzhou’s natural environment continues to have an impact on the color expression of meticulous figure painting.On the one hand,Suzhou’s modern meticulous figure painters are influenced by Suzhou’s natural environment and present aesthetic features with local characteristics in their paintings.On the other hand,with the internal development of traditional meticulous figure painting and the introduction of external western painting,modern meticulous painters have inherited the color style of traditional meticulous figure painting,but also expanded the new era characteristics of color language.
