Although Shenzhen Education First has achieved remarkable business performance and accumulated a certain degree of trust and reputation in consumers and the market in recent years,it is also facing various problems.The external environment has undergone earth-shaking changes.The challenges brought by the global outbreak of COVID-19,the impact of policies,and the fierce competition in the industry.A series of problems has exposed in daily marketing management practice,causing great difficulties for the development of its main business.Based on this,this paper takes the Kids and Teens English program of Education First Shenzhen as the case study object,analyzing its current marketing situation,and summarizes and analyzes the existing problems in marketing management based on the marketing questionnaire surveys.On this basis,the 4P theory is used to improve the company’s marketing strategy,and corresponding safeguard measures are taken from the aspects of human resources,marketing funds,and marketing strategy implementation control.In this study,the use of theoretical knowledge and practice combined to explore its marketing strategy in the current environment,and putting forward the corresponding countermeasures and safeguard measures,has a certain theoretical and practical significance.The research of this paper is of great practical significance to help EF improve its marketing management level,enhance its competitive strength in the industry and realize the sound development of its main business.At the same time,the research of this paper can also provide some reference for other education and training companies in the training industry to improve marketing management,formulate marketing mix strategies and enhance profitability,which is of great significance to standardize the development of China’s training industry and improve the overall marketing level of the industry.
